Very aesthetic and refreshing! I was hoping it was going to be more sweet (not because of added sugar) but because of the fruits, however it was a little too tart. My partner however got their mocha and it was delicious! My uncle also equally enjoyed his oat milk latte. Overall, they have a very large space to study/chat in, plus lots of drink and food options.

I come in often after a workout to get some delicious caffeine that makes me feel refreshed and energized, any one of Tracy's yummy and healthy shakes that leaves me feeling satisfied, and I also come for the good vibes. Tracy is a thoughtful host, generous with her knowledge and her uplifting energy and an equally wonderful person who I've grown to be good friends with. She's created a warm atmosphere and has attracted a special community here in Newport that I always look forward to returning to. You will always leave here feeling better than you came in. :) The skittles tea is one of my favorites with ANY of the shakes especially the ones with peanut butter! I came here today to…read morecelebrate the first real springlike day of 2021, and after a brisk walk past the mansions, I was definitely in need of refreshment. Thank goodness I found this adorable shake shop, hidden in a nondescript plaza right next to a Stop n' Shop supermarket. The amazing tea that I got was the perfect cap to a sunny afternoon of outdoor fun. The menu is extensive and impressive, and even though the shakes sound decadent, they are actually healthy and packed with protein - just what you need to fuel up before tackling a jaunt to Cliff Walk or cool down after a run on Bellevue Avenue. There are the usual suspects, like the Strawberry Banana and Mocha Chip, but I am so excited to try the more adventurous offerings like the Raspberry Lemon Torte and Strawberry Pop Tart. We have a long spring and summer of nice days ahead, and I look forward to returning to update my review when I try more of the menu! That being said, even though I just got a simple iced tea, it was really a standout. The raspberry-lemon flavor was light and sweet without all the sugar. I am not sure what the teas are sweetened with, but it tasted like stevia/monkfruit or some other plant based zero calorie sweetener. Yum! I am going to get a larger sized tea next time for sure. The shop is super cute, bright, and airy with ample seating and a clean environment. I got the chance to meet Tracy, the owner, and she's just as bright and bubbly as the shakes and teas on her menu! The parking lot is quite spacious, but the plaza only offers paid parking, however you can get your parking validated with purchase at any store in the plaza with proof of parking ticket. The store itself was clean, rather spacious, and well organized with clearly labeled aisles and pricing. I found that you could get many of the staple items at nearby competitors for nearly half the price. I thought they offered unique products in the meals to go section for a reasonable price point. I would recommend the mini snackle boxes and raw pressed juices. Those could actually be useful for a nearby beach trip and I liked that they use glass jars. The woman running the cafe section of the store was very hospitable, but as other Yelpers have mentioned some of the other store associates were less than enthused. I kind of get it though, Newport's upper echelon isn't the easiest clientele to interact with so I would probably get a little stoic over time as well.

Before we drove back home to Jersey, we stopped at The Power of Juice in MIddletown and bought some juices and a bag of 'Not Your Mama's Bars' for the road. Pricey but very good! If I was staying in the area for a longer duration and buying groceries, I would pick up another bag of those 'Not Your Mama's Bars'. They are very dense but packed with good ingredients that keep you full and energized. The juices were good, but the real star were those bars IMO.

I look forward to my fabulous Blueberry Bliss Smoothie (sub mango, add ginger and Energizer supplement- as if I needed more caffeine :) as a much needed pick me up in my workday, and the online ordering through their simple app makes it a total breeze. I love collecting different rewards (the free smoothie is scarily close!), and the orders always arrive in a timely fashion and are made accurately. While I haven't ordered in person, the staff is friendly and kind, and always says hello when I arrive to pick up my smoothie. The shop is brand new, well lit and super clean.
