David did a great job of explaining how he was going to perform the evaluation, treatment and how it works. He evaluated the property and applied both a spray and bait in the areas needed. He did a tremendous job, was very fair with the prices and courteous. I have no issues recommending his services for those who are looking for pest management services. There are many companies doing this type work that are not doing what they should be doing or providing proper customer care. Well, we had Havest Valley Pest Control back out after an initial one-time treatment. (See original post below) The first treatment was so effective, we decided to go for an annual contract (with a Winter-skip). We had our fall inspection and treatment about a month ago and within a couple of days, no bugs! These guys are good! On top of that, they are professional, polite, and inspire confidence. I purchased a house up by Lake Wenatchee that had squirrels and mice in the walls, and a terrible problem with carpenter ants. After 2 frustrating and ineffective seasons with another local service, I switched to Harvest Valley Pest Control. They sealed the house and took out the infested insulation. We have used Harvest Valley for our pest control needs for several years. When we started with Harvest Valley we had ant problem with a dash of mice. The tech that came out (King Richard) assessed the situation and gave us several options to eradicated the problem. We have since been on a maintenance program with no problems. We always receive a call from the tech informing us when they will be there and always a call when they are through telling us what they found, what they did, and any recommendations. Service was prompt and efficient. We had a terrible ant infestation in our home and David came out the next day. He had to climb on the roof to get to the source, this was not easily solved in one visit. He came out many times to keep on top of the problem and eventually we were ant free.
