Came to our home, I showed him where the issue was. He went in, destroyed the nest and took it out, and then treated with Deltadust, a formulation of deltamethrin. Finished the job in a half hour. This company is no longer interested in Pest Control, just in revenue maximization. Bills arrive before the project is completed, the prices and bids are incredibly high, and the unfinished work becomes an opportunity for a new bid. This company will not hear from me again.

They did not cover the holes where they trapped (which of course, means the squirrels come back). Now they want to charge us again to trap squirrels and close holes. Why did they not close them the first time? It was in their best interest to leave them open. They do not honor their warranty (they are saying if they come back that now there will be a warranty but it wasn't included the first time) and are not responsive. Do not trust this business there are better options.
