Bad customer service. I'm not expecting her to nice to us or anything... we just wanted to change our ticket and leave. Look at her finger.

We take our kids there for our 20 years anniversary just so we can have something to do, just minding our own business spend over $600 just on the games and when we went to change our tickets, the girl that works there had her middle finger up at us the whole time. Not sure what we ever did to her but I hope she find piece in life, What a sad soul.

Woot! If you're looking for some indoor fun for your kids to do during bad weather, Harvey's Arcade is a good option. It's located in the basement of the casino and has games for teens or jungle gym type house for toddlers. It's really good for most ages... a lil worn in some parts, maybe, but a great find for indoor play. My 2.5 year old really loved their play house and the small ball pit that was attached to it. The best part was it's only $5 an hour... and he got in free for some reason (age?). They had a birthday party there while we were playing so the place was packed with kids. I took a look at their party prices and couldn't believe how reasonable they were. I'll post a pic of the flyer. We'll definitely be back and would recommend it to friends. See ya there!

This was fun! Gave us something to do. Not just for the kids, they have all the basics including air hockey.

Many of the games took money but didn't work. No signs and no one available to complain to. Please turn off the games that don't work.

It's a lie. All their pinball machines are broken. The machines were old and never updated.

Fun but some games ate quarters without play and others just don't work. Pinball machines are so sensitive to tilts that it is a bummer.

My husband and I have stayed at Bally's Lake Tahoe many times, and the main reason we keep coming…read moreback is because of the incredible people who work there, especially Patrick Teagues. Patrick is, without question, the best Casino Host and Player Development Manager we have ever worked with. He consistently goes above and beyond to make us feel valued, appreciated, and genuinely welcomed. Every interaction with him is professional, warm, and personal. Whenever we email to request a reservation, Patrick responds immediately and always asks if there is anything else he can do to make our trip special. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to guest service are truly exceptional. He has a remarkable ability to make every guest feel like a VIP. Bally's Lake Tahoe is our favorite casino destination, and Patrick is a huge reason why. He is the kind of employee who creates loyal customers and lasting relationships. Quite honestly, we would follow Patrick anywhere because of the outstanding level of service he provides. Bally's, please know what a treasure you have in Patrick. He represents the very best of hospitality, and my husband and I are incredibly grateful for everything he does to make our visits so memorable. Thank you, Patrick, for always making us feel so special!

An aging hotel that has been left to slowly fall apart…read more It's actually very sad to witness. In this massive property with over 400 rooms, you'll find outdated spaces, worn furniture, dark and dingy hallways, dirty windows, hard old towels, thin bedding, lumpy pillows, and beds on the firm side. Even the plants outside have stopped being watered and left to die. Ice machines are broken on multiple floors, so you end up wandering around to other floors in the hopes of one working. The indoor pool has a bit of a Hefner grotto vibe but is constantly packed with screaming kids. It's as if someone told management just to keep the lights on because nothing else matters. Prices swing wildly: sometimes just over $100, but on busy weekends they shoot past $600. Then they tack on a $27 nightly resort fee and another $20 for self parking. Truly delusional fees for what you get. I've stayed here several times only because the rooms are comped. I would never pay to sleep here. There are plenty of wonderful hotels, and even motels, in the area that don't charge bogus resort & parking fees. The online room photos are heavily filtered and don't match reality once you check in. A few positives: the rooms are spacious at over 400 sq ft, and some have minor upgrades like newer bathrooms. There's a Starbucks near the gaming floor, a spa and a few restaurants. I haven't tried them so no opinions there. Overall, this place desperately needs a facelift and real upgrades. Until then, the resort and parking fees should be eliminated. Bally's owners should know better.

The remodel is beautiful. Shopping Lots of restaurants, ranging from high-end to food counters,(they have a Carvel! I haven't seen a Carvel ice cream place outside of New York. ) lots of gaming, lots of bars, and they have a large arcade area for the kids. It's all very nice. Harrah's is right across the street, and you can walk between the properties without ever stepping outside. I was checked in by PJ, so friendly, conversational, and helpful. She was awesome. I got an upgrade to a Lakeview room. It was more of a partial Lake view, but still it was nice. Even at full price, it would be worth it.... The room was very large, and clean. there was a full walk-in shower, the TV had a great picture with a lot of channels, and of course movies for rent, plenty of places to charge my gear, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. There is a fridge, but no microwave. My biggest problem, is the nickel and diming. Unless you have "status", there's that ubiquitous resort fee. If you book with the Caesar's app/webpage, it is built into the price, other than taxes. Parking... if you are military or a veteran, you can get a military players card, and that will waive your parking fee. The room's mini bar. Six bucks for a 12 ounce Pepsi? 10 bucks for a small bag of pretzels or a snack size can of Pringles? And if you want something with alcohol, , FUHGEDDABOUDIT!!! Grab some snacks or whatever you want before you get here, and just use the fridge. There's even a dollar tree just a few minutes away. Finally, the Wi-Fi. Basic Wi-Fi, up to 10 MBPS is free, up to four devices. If you want enhanced Wi-Fi, it's eight bucks a day, per... Device.... I just stayed with the basic Wi-Fi. The speed was enough to stream video. Other than the nickel and diming, it was a fantastic stay. . If I could get a good rate, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Figured the app was just having a moment and would just book in person (after all I had COMP NIGHTS). After numerous phone calls I was given other "offers" ranging from $119 a night to $29 a night, NOT INCLUDING RESORT FEES, ETC. What a waste of time!! Do better Caesars! You've lost a long standing customer.

Toys were visibly dirty, old, and worn looking, almost as if they were donated as opposed to being purchased brand new. I noticed a child putting some of these toys in her mouth. I do believe they should replace alot of these toys with new ones. I just thought I'd check it out for my son who is 1 1/2 years old and see if there was a place he could burn some energy and be around some kids his age. There are different age groups that play, so keep your eye out on your little ones to prevent them from getting trampled by the older kids. Service was great. Everyone was pleasant. But unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Well maintained and with plenty of variety for activities - from a trampoline, jungle gym, play kitchens, and a larger sitting/reading area, there's plenty to do for little kids for at least 1-2 hours. Prices are very reasonable. Parking is adjacent and plentiful. Owner is a mom whose own kid is using the facilities, so you can tell she puts a lot of love and care into the place since she spends quite some time there herself. Felt as though cleanliness and hygiene was excellent. No issues. Highly recommended! Come visit!
