They will even let you return a game if it doesn't work in your console, and will trade it with another one free of cost. First of all, when you enter through the outdoor entrance, it's down about 5 short flights of stairs. The carpets are dirty and old. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The trash can was literally falling apart. Most of the games were out of order or just not working properly and they had the worst choices for prizes. Not to mention, gameplay is super expensive. I put $40 on each of my kids' cards and they ran through it in 15 minutes. Each game is about $1.50+ to play. Sharing this for other parents who might be considering taking their kids here.

If you're Diamond status and up, it's free. There are two parking machines to feed your ticket by the stairs. You can also feed it at the gate when you leave. Best to do it beforehand in case your card needs assistance. The location is central and walking distance to everything. CVS is outside on the main street to pick up water or what you left at home. You can get coffee at Starbucks downstairs in the lobby or outside next to CVS called Noel's. Access to Ceasar Republic is connected underground to go across the street. You can casino hop very easily. The casino itself is out dated and small that the air circulated with cigarette smell. I had my mask on but the cigarettes were so strong.

I frequent many dining establishments across Fernley, Sparks, Reno, and most recently Carson City, and from our experiences, Gold Dust West stands out. The employees we've encountered consistently provide good to great customer service and genuinely understand the value of repeat customers and long-term business. They almost always have a wait during dinner hours; however, tables turn quickly and the kitchen keeps up with demand. We've never waited long for our food, which says a lot during peak times. I honestly wish this level of understanding and execution could be instilled in some other nearby cities here in Northern Nevada. Grateful shout-outs to Rebecca in Guest Services, Jelly our server, and Jason (J) the bartender at GDW Casino.
