The two owners are from China. The brand was founded in Beijing on 2014-04-08 and now has over 65 locations in Beijing. The Chinese Hamburger is called Rou Jia Mo (肉夹馍) in Chinese, which literally translates to "meat in a bun". It is the cuisine of China's Shaanxi province, which has the capital city of Xi'An (or Xian), where you find the terracotta warriors.
