I would like to leave a review and I hope it falls on the ears. I visited Harvey's on Saturday 11th of April. I went to the one on Tecumseh Rd by the Walmart or Lauzon Prkw. The customer service at this location was so refreshing and top notch. Claudia, Karen, Tracey, Tyler and Shorty. I apologize for not knowing Shorty's real name. I can't read my own writing for his actual name. From ordering my food until the time I left the above mentioned staff was super. I worked at Casino Windsor for 14yrs. I was the youngest girl hired before construction was finished. I was 19yrs old. I've always said that you can provide outstanding customer service or you can't. Working with people is something you can do. It's not something you can learn. Customer service stands out with me more then the average person. I really really hope that the people that I mentioned above are at the very least get a "Way to go". Obviously, I didn't have to leave a review and the names of the people working at that time. I made sure I had their names to put in my review so they could be recognized. Thank you guys. I have gone to many Harvey's and ordered just the patty because I can't eat bread but for some reason this location can't sell just the patty. The lady working the front advised the manager told her not to. Not sure if this is accurate as I have never had this issue. read more

Your menu lists different Poutines. When I asked for Cheesy, or the Meat Lovers or even Spicy Poutine, I was told that they're no longer available, sorry. When I asked if other Harvey's locations had them, I was told, "I think all locations have stopped selling them. I'm not sure, I just go to the University of Windsor; so, this is like a part-time job for me." I replied, "Okay, I just saw the advertisement on TV before heading out; so, take it off your menu, commercials and website." Needless to say, I ended up going to A&W for a burger and poutine. A good place to stop for a food break just as you enter Canada from Ambassador Bridge (and perhaps the tunnel as well). There are some options for vegetarians as well such as bowls and fries. You can add ingredients to your preferences to the bowl and with a rice base and veggie patty, it's quite filling as well. The staff is good. The service is a little slow but otherwise, things are pretty much fine. The washrooms were clean. They have plenty of space to sit and relax. You see a lot of college/university crowd around, so the place is pretty much buzzing. They have their own parking lot, which is quite a relief in a town area. Definitely to be tried. read more

Harveys Thank you Anniversary dinner evening My expectations are always a chance when eating out in Tupelo. But this evening Harvey's restaurant served it up. Reservations, service and meal! Not asking for much but Homerun! When it is a special occasion or not it should be a treat going out! We work hard and the treatment my husband and I received during dinner was superb. Its a beautiful thing? Maybe not. Service was fast and friendly enough, and my order was filled accurately. They also offered a whole wheat bun, and for these reasons, they get an extra star. I think its great that they offer a vegetarian option. Unfortunately, their veggie burger was incredibly bland, even after adding all available condiments and sauces. And at close to $5 for this mediocre little sandwich? Definitely not worth it. The french fries are also pretty gross because they tasted and felt as though they had some sort of coating on them. This was almost one of my go-to locations for food when I was a student. Also helped a lot that this Harvey's accepted the student meal plan. Made life so much easier! With this locations moments away from the university campus, you can get your Harvey's fix in a jiffy! Lol. Wait times could get longer during the daytime, but the evenings always seemed to be fine. Staff here are quite nice, considering that they mostly deal with students. Wait times for food never seem that long, which is awesome. Definitely worth going when you want a better burger and definitely a location to spend those flex dollars on your student meal plan! read more

Pretty good service time and friendly staff. Always good for a cheap quick lunch between classes. Though don't even try to enter the bathrooms--it's a war zone. Also the pop machines seem to bust a lot...clearly they need to maintain the building a bit better. read more

Thought I should leave a post re this location as I have been here so many times. Been a Harvey's customer since 1968, yep 50 years now. Have seen good and bad locations. This one is pretty good. Personally I am not a fan of warming trays or of leaving patties to warm & dry out at the side of the grill. Whenever I order I always ask for the burger to be fresh cooked. This location is always happy to oblige. Is a bit out of my way but you rarely disappoint unlike some other local Harvey's. read more

i didn't get her name but there's a girl working here that put the toppings on my and my boyfriend's veggie burger and omg. she is the sweetest. she asked if we wanted her to change her gloves, as she had been handling meat, and was very generous with toppings. no one has ever asked me if they should change their gloves and i was so surprised when she did lmao anyway the food is always good here!! ps. vegan options are pretty good compared to other fast food places. fries and onion rings, and a veggie burger with a whole wheat bun! read more

I come here pretty often, having classes right next door. It's nice having it right there so I can just grab some onion rings if I'm running low during the day. The wait times are great for the location. I've never really had a problem here! It's just a nice, clean, quick chain restaurant. read more

I walk by this place a lot in between my classes so I decided to give it a try. The service was good and fast and the people were nice. However the food is a whole other story. I ordered an Angus burger combo. At the time it tasted mediocre. However about an hour later I had to run to the bathroom several times as I had a severe case of diarrhea. I'm writing this review about five days after I ate at this unclean shit hole. And I still have diarrhea and most of my day is spent in the bathroom regretting the very second I walked into this store and gave them my money.
