From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive and welcoming. There were four of us, and although our wait staff mentioned he was new, you would never have known it. They were all patient, personable, professional, and even humored my corny playful jokes with warm smiles. What impressed me immediately was the sense of team. The entire staff, from the servers to the bartenders, wore professional black uniforms, creating a polished and unified look that reminded me of a classic upscale Italian dining experience we had before. The manager, Harlin, was the real deal. His presence set the tone for true hospitality. At one point my coat had slipped to the floor without me noticing. He quietly picked it up, acknowledged me with kindness, and placed it neatly nearby. That simple act spoke volumes about the level of care here. (They do have a Cloak Room). He also checked on us throughout the evening, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Now to the food: We decided to try Wagyu steak for the first time. Some of us prefer our steak fully cooked, so we asked for no red center. Chef Alex delivered absolute perfection. The steak had a beautiful char on the edges, yet it wasn't burnt, tough, or dry.
