I have come to this location before and the service was not so well…read more Its a cool urgent care place. The staff were all professional and attentive. After seeing the P.A. whom was a pleasure and patient with helping me understand what he see is the issue. On the follow up visit with the Dr I was waiting in the room before he came in and a female, I dont know who she was kept coming in on the phone Im assumimg with IT looking at a computer. This was very annoying and eventually they moved me to be seen in another room. This facility does employment exams and physical therapy. The physical therapy staff are friendly l, patient and knowledged as well. I have had a decent time during my visits. If you are in need for care outside of physical therapy, depending in the time of day as its a 24hr facility, your wait time can vary upto spending 3 hrs to be seen and out. It was clean in the areas I visited.

Seems like he's all over the place at times, listening to respond instead of understand. The staff on the clinic side is 50/50 and the services they outsource, like scheduling for specialized situations, could definitely be placed in the hands of companies that won't make them look bad or seem at fault. My particular PA could use some pointers...I'll leave that there. I feel like some things could be better communicated amongst the staff. Otherwise, the service has been acceptable and my time has been handled with care when keeping scheduled appointments. Parking lot is a decent size. There is only one step up the curb to get in the doors and they do have an accessible ramp are of the sidewalk in the front. I likely would not choose to have continued care there (except PT) but I have to go with the contracted partner for my care in this particular case.

Her bedside manner is great, and I think she's been reasonable and helpful with rendering care. She's also been flexible with allowing me to do some visits virtually, if practical. I read others' comments regarding other members of the practice, to which I really cannot comment. I've met with NP Hayden, and spoken several times via phone to Dr. Miller. All of whom have given practical and reasonable medical advice. The front office staff has always been pleasant and kind with me. I am a big believer in the idea that you receive what you give--kindness included (not always, but most of the time). People are just people, sometimes we have good days, and other times-- not so much. I am not saying it's ok to be rude, but it's not been my experience that any of the staff here have treated me poorly. I also think it's been a positive addition to the practice to bring on a full-time phlebotomist, which has made blood draws faster and much easier. I enjoy the convenience of not needing to be referred out to another lab for routine lab work. I am not invalidating the experience of others but wanted to offer a balanced perspective from the other end of things.

Whether I needed urgent care, routine services, or an overnight stay, everything was handled in one place, which has been incredibly convenient. I've used their urgent care many times over the years and even stayed overnight on a few occasions. Each time, the care was very cost‑effective for both me and the facility. Like any medical center, there were occasional issues, but in my experience they were unintentional and addressed quickly once brought to their attention. I've always appreciated that responsiveness. The building itself is consistently clean and feels secure, which gives me peace of mind whenever I'm there. The parking garage is another plus -- plenty of spaces, easy to navigate, and never a hassle. Overall, I've had a reliable, positive experience here for a long time. No complaints.

The doctor in this department seems to disregard your health, I am very disappointed with the health care received. If I could rate less than zero I would. Healthcare provider seems to be more concern with quantity instead of quality care. Within the last two weeks I have emailed numerous of times and no response from my doctor in chronic pain management at Kaiser Permanente in South Baltimore or Lutherville centers. I can only state "the worst" . When you try to schedule an appointment you can never get an appointment less than 2 to 3 months out why should patients that are paying their monthly premiums have to wait 2 to 3 months to get an appointment especially if you have chronic health issues or you're being told there's no doctor at that center that specializes in your health concerns or available 4 months out. I have considered Open season to change my health plan I've had enough I'm feeling as though patients do not come first. I rate a zero

It was suggested to fill out the required forms online, which was a good option. After doing so, you are given your confirmed appointment time along with a QR code to checkin once you arrive. There is a large free parking area adjacent to the building. Upon arriving, at the entrance of the building and office suite, there was information in regards to masks requirements and maintaining proper social distancing. One word of caution, there is only one elevator available and given the current health crisis, I suggest, if you are physically able, to use the stairs, which are located around the corner on the left. Otherwise, the elevator is extremely slow and I suggest getting there early to have enough time to use it safely. Upon entering the suite, there was a notice that only 4 people can be in the office at a time. There were 2 checkin kiosks and I used the QR code sent to my phone to check in. There were a couple of seats that were apart and hand sanitizer was available to use at the kiosks. The staff behind the portions called us to complete the registration process. When going to the back to have the services performed, there were notices to have on your required masks and that after every procedure, the area was cleaned before the next appointment. The staff were pleasant and my experience here was good and I felt comfortable getting my procedure done.
