The citrus roll was good but the lemon for me was a bit over powering, but the boyfriend loved it. Rainbow roll and hamachi and green onion hand roll very yummy The hamachi nigiri was great, great, great, ordered it twice this week. For dessert our go to is the Coconut cake and green tea ice cream is so yummy. Oh the crispy rice and spicy tuna was delicious, and we will definitely get that again. The Hiroshi lychee saki martini is very nice, NOT to be confused with a midori martini which is far too sweet. Though a nice vegan option, I won't get the rice noodles and tofu again. It wasn't the savory thick noodles that I envisioned. In all this is an amazing restaurant and it is not surprising Hiroshi is considered one of the top two restaurants here.

Service was extremely slow despite us having very late reservations and hardly anyone in the restaurant. The wait staff were moving all around so maybe there weren't enough staff for the little number of people there - not sure but it was slow. Tables remained dirty with food everywhere the entire time we were there for dinner and cocktails at the bar the first 15 min because they weren't prepared for us at our reservation time. It was not the experience we were expecting. The food was ok but the dirty tables and long wait didn't help the ambiance. Our overall experience thus far has not been the same as our experience at the Los Cabos location.

We started with some wine and enjoyed everything we tried including seaweed salads, sashimi, cut rolls, and. Nigiri. They have tons of local fish options and imported as well. They offer an omakase menu which I would definitely try next time... We finished our meal with the matcha green cake, a scoop of ginger ice cream and a scoop of matcha ice cream. I loved the ginger! This place uses high quality ingredients, has a fun vibe albeit quieter and smaller than other options in the area, English speaking staff, etc...
