I love love love this restaurant. It's perfect in every way. Ambiance, food, presentation and service. Absolutely perfect. And our waiter Ceaser was absolutely awesome. It's not cheap but well worth the money. I ate there several evenings out of my 10 day vacation. I highly recommend this restaurant. I live in Chicago and there's nothing even close to this place. That's saying something.
Okay the 3 stars are for cleanliness, service & ambiance. And that's about where it ends for me. We had margaritas (classic) everyone on here is like the drinks are 2 for 1, yeah well I hope so they are over $16 bucks! So not really two for one, basically each drink is over $8 and you have to get two, and they are okay, not great. We had the crispy rice with tuna on top appetizer, and that dish alone was actually really good, good amount of fresh tuna, rice cake hot and crispy, they will bring out wasabi (the one out of a tube) and ginger if requested. The next was a hamachi roll. Okay riddle me this, we are by the ocean, can get fresh seafood (raw or cooked) everywhere for great prices, and so why on a pretty expensive roll are they so skimpy with the fish portions? We specifically got a roll with no imitation crab meat, why would we want fake crab meat when we can have fresh real fish, and it came with majority fake crab meat. The hamachi so so thin, and then the server pours the most salty soy or ponzu mixture all over the roll, I'm talking so salty we removed it out of the liquid as fast as possible. Pretty lousy roll, mostly fake crab and rice, and salty. Then the worst course, yakitori. I asked the server if it was good, usually they'll steer you in the right direction, and the roll sucked so we opted for that, as she said it was really good. Three tiny skewers came, the shrimp had been cooked previously, put on the skewers and then not barely grilled at all so they were hardly room temperature and the bell peppers that accompanied them on the skewer were raw, the chicken was actually hot, so that was good. The fried quarter cup of rice was whatever. Over $60 dinner, thankfully we weren't that hungry or we would have had to go eat elsewhere. This place is okay if everything is closed on a Monday and you are desperate to go out. There are dozens of restaurants out here with fresh ceviche, raw plate ups, grilled shrimp that are far far better than this with way more delicious food, great portion sizes, cooler vibes, and incredibly better pricing.
The Ambiance of this place was outstanding. A lot of folks dressed up nicely enjoying themselves. I was perhaps the only gringo there when I ate. Testing it out I ordered Nigiri sushi (various). They were mostly cut long but thin. The taste was average - it was absolutely fine, but not particularly outstanding either. Prices seemed on par with the US. The price you pay is for an individual piece. The presentation was very good and staff was super nice and helpful. So while the food was solid, the decor and staff pushed my experience to four stars.
PINCHE MÉXICO TE AMO We were in PVR for a week and I picked this spot for my birthday dinner. I loved every bit of it. The place is quite big with lower and upper levels of seating as well as a patio. We had a reservation on the earlier side so it was pretty quiet when we showed up but it had filled up completely by the time we were headed out. Everything was good! The atmosphere, the food, the service! I don't remember which rolls we got now but I can tell you not a one of them was bad. There was a happy hour special and we all tried several things but what stuck out to me most was the lychee cocktail which I kept ordering. I love salmon so I also ordered the sashimi. Now in the States, that usually means 2 pieces. Imagine my lychee-enhanced delight when they bring out not just a few but an entire pinwheel and rosette of salmon. Truly a birthday miracle. Look at the photo. Look how fucking happy I am. A high I'll certainly be chasing the rest of my days. Service was impeccable in the way only Mexicans can make you feel like a well cared for friend. Mi lindo Jalisco, siempre te extraño y espero verte otra vez pronto.
Ooommmggee! Yes! Yes! Yes! A million times. Great sushi! Drinks are excellent! Price is a bonus! My boyfriend and I were craving sushi during our trip and our front desk recommended us this place. First time trying Yeo in Puerto Vallarta and this restaurant exceeded our expectations. We were ordering left and right. We left so happy we can't wait to go back. Highly recommend this place for family or friends gathering or a date night like my boyfriend and I had.
Exactly want i wanted. Good fish. Friendly service. Romantic ambience. Mexican flair on Japanese cuisine. Rolls were creative. Fully satisfied. Really excellent. I didn't like the tempura icecream unfortunately, but I should have known better than to end such a lovely meal with something like that - the coating was a bit dry. Definite repeatable experience.
Amazing. Shocked to find sushi this good almost anywhere, doubly surprised to find it in the Fluvial. The restaurant is very cute and tastefully designed. Great for a casual date or night out with friends. The food was incredible. I've eaten a LOT of rolls from a lot of places - this little place still managed to surprise me with rolls I have never seen elsewhere. Super fresh seafood. The sushi chefs all appeared to be Mexican - but who cares? They did an excellent job. We had a couple of rolls, special Tempura shrimp, my sister had some kind of chicken plate that she loved, 3 hot green tea...came in for under $50 US. ABOUT HALF of what I would have expected to pay in America - so ignore whatever cheapskate who complained about the price here. It may be more pricey than some street vendor would charge - but when you figure in the cost of anti diarrhea meds and potential hospital visits, you save money paying for cleanliness and high quality seafood like this. Awesome food. Great price.
Finding good sushi spots is HARD abroad...but Yeo Sushi showed me that there is still hope! We had an amazing time; from the aesthetic of the restaurant, to the signature rolls...this was the right spot. We had four amazing rolls, all of each packing great bits of flavor, with creative presentation. I loved the major artwork across the wall as you enter (to your left). This spot definitely gives you great music, elegant dining, and a beautiful meal. The patio looked nice as well; we wished we had set the reservation for outside. Guess I'll have to come back!
Beautiful ambiance. Delicious food, cocktails are two for one. Service impeccable. I would highly recommend this restaurant and their menu is quite extensive. We ordered the deep fried rice cake with spicy tuna, tuna sashimi, Dragon roll and Espresso martinis. I requested mine to be made with Bailey's Irish cream because I prefer a sweeter martini. Sorry I did not photograph the two other dishes we were famished. Did I mention they have valet service.

Nice food, whenever u around PV try it !! Love the cauliflower and the Bans , chicken was little dry but eatable , sushi was to much sauce would like to have it without sauce, or ask for some on the side:) place designed nice, enjoyable!! Price $$$ read more

I've eaten a LOT of rolls from a lot of places - this little place still managed to surprise me with rolls I have never seen elsewhere. Super fresh seafood. The sushi chefs all appeared to be Mexican - but who cares? They did an excellent job. We had a couple of rolls, special Tempura shrimp, my sister had some kind of chicken plate that she loved, 3 hot green tea...came in for under $50 US. Awesome food and drinks, fresh fish, great vibe/music. Excellent sushi guys that are very friendly. Sat at the sushi bar and watched them make our orders. Fun place and great for foreigners ( Americans,Canadians, Aussies). read more

The sushi there was really good!!! I highly recommend it if you are in Puerto Vallarta! What I had was Maguro roll and 2 Nigiris!! And they were good!! The ingredients were good quality and the price was really good too!! We sat at the bar, and we love the " experience" highly recommend to go there with friends! read more

We have been coming for about a year now. Great food service and music they have TV for games or fights Great ambiance low lighting Full bar and comfortable seating Air conditioning throughout the 2 story restaurant. The owner is new to yelp. He never heard of it so come check it out and give your thoughts read more

After ordering a Pacifico, I wished I had ordered a cocktail instead. The drinks looked amazing. The spicy tuna was really good. If you're in the mood for sushi, be sure to give this place a try. read more

Celebrated my birthday and anniversary dinner here. Excellent green tea and service. Was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! Ordered sashimi and was very good. Came served in a sauce, but guess that's the Mexican twist on this plate. Tuna was fresh and delicious. Also ordered various kinds of nigiri; my favorite being the ikura. All were fresh and more traditional (in the Japanese sense!); excellent! read more

No wasabi, no ginger, reusable hard to use chopsticks, sushi is overpriced and tasteless I thought I had COVID after eating it, the sushi I get in Texas grocery store HEB is much better and this place has good service and ambiance and clean bathrooms but food is tasteless I regret leaving my nice resort for this complete waste of time and money read more
