There is plenty of seating and places to do your work if you have a laptop. Water bottles and coffee are even offered. It's the little things that matters! If they offer snacks would be even better lol I was very impressed with the video diagnosis that they sent you by text. It makes a huge difference when you are just looking at a piece of paper with the list of repairs and actually seeing for yourself which parts needs to be replaced. I had some issues with my transmission and Kim confirmed it was under warranty which I didn't know about. I bought my car here 10 years ago and glad to know that some things are still covered! Once they knew my repairs may take a while they immediately put me in a free brand new CX5 rental. They send updates by txt msgs which works way better than playing phone tag. I've tried going to a few other service places to save some money but they don't always do the greatest job. Glad I came back here and could not be more thrilled. I'm actually really digging the rental and may consider buying it (I know they did this on purpose!)

My car has been defective since I bought it a year and a half ago. I explained all of my complaints to her and the staff from the first couple hundreds of miles until now and they have done nothing for me. Kim told me to call the attorney general because they are the only ones who can help with car issues. which the attorney general wanted to know why they wouldn't help me. Along with corporate also wondering why this was Kim's reaction to me. just terrible customer service. I was sold a car with scratches all over the hood. she said there is nothing we can do about it so right now, another dealership is fixing that and she told me now that another Mazda dealer is touching my car they can no longer touch my car at my original dealership which isn't true. This woman should be fired.

I've owned bmw's for many years and wish I had David as my mechanic the whole time. I dropped my car off on Sunday night at the shop after going over some things about my BMW a few days prior with David. I had never met David before, but I've heard good things so I winged it and dropped it off. He called me back on Monday and went over everything with me and he was very thorough and he explained everything so I could understand it. I picked my car up on Tuesday with full knowledge about my car, everything he fixed and what to watch out for in the future per David's suggestions. The pricing was more than fair, but more importantly, where can you go these days and get an honest job done? I will not be bringing my BMW anywhere else. I would highly suggest Foreign Motorcars. You get the straight scoop from David and his work is fantastic.

I drove three hours each way to Quincy, looked at the car, and put $23,000 down in cash. I want to be specific about the timeline, because it matters. I took possession of the car and texted my salesperson the very same day -- within about an hour of driving off the lot -- telling him the front end was shaking violently at highway speed. That message is timestamped. This was not something that developed weeks later. It was wrong before I ever owned it. His response was that the car had been "super smooth" when he drove it. So I did what they apparently didn't. I took it to New Country BMW in Hartford at 44,949 miles -- roughly 200 miles after purchase -- and paid for a real inspection. Here is what a BMW factory technician put on the repair order: * The right rear rim is bent at the inner lip and "already has a pre-existing wheel repair weld from a cracked rim." The technician wrote that this bent rim is what is "causing vibration at higher speeds." * The front tires are Vredestein 245/40/19. The rears are Michelin 255/40/19. Different brand, different size. He wrote that the rear tires "are the wrong size for the car" and that "mismatched tires negatively impacts the all wheel drive system of the BMW." * The right front tire has a large sidewall scrape with "part of sidewall missing/gouged." * His written recommendation: "RECOMMEND NOT DRIVING UNTIL RESOLVED AS THE MISMATCHED/DAMAGED TIRES COULD CAUSE A BLOW OUT." The quote to make this car safe: $5,065.28. How does a dealership run a safety inspection and not catch two different tire sizes, two different brands, and a welded rim? That is two minutes on a lift. Either nobody actually looked, or somebody looked and sold it anyway. Both answers should concern you. Before I bought it, I asked directly whether the car had ever been modified or altered. The written answer was "Nope never." A weld on a cracked wheel is a structural repair. When I raised the tire damage afterward, I was told in writing that it "only affect[s] safety if wire exposed." That response ignored the welded rim and the mismatched sizes completely. The logistics have been just as bad. On the day the registration was finalized, I gave my salesperson a ride from the Putnam, Connecticut DMV all the way back to Quincy, Massachusetts. That was not my responsibility or my obligation -- the dealership should have arranged transportation for its own employee. Because I did it, I couldn't get both vehicles home and had to have my Honda towed. Since then it has been nothing but back and forth to Quincy. I work nights and live about 90 miles away. I asked whether we could simply meet halfway to save us both the trip -- something I wasn't obligated to offer or pay for, and only suggested to reduce the hassle. That went nowhere. I also tried to split the cost. I offered to have them cover two tires and the rim while I bought the other two tires and paid for installation myself -- out of pocket, on a car I had owned for a week. That wasn't good enough either. The car has sat parked and undriveable since the week I bought it while I make loan payments on it. If you buy from this dealership, do not rely on their inspection. Spend a couple hundred dollars on an independent pre-purchase inspection at a franchise dealer for that brand. Get the car on a lift and look at all four wheels and all four tires yourself before you sign anything. That small expense would have saved me thousands of dollars and weeks of my life. I have the repair order, the tire measurements, the photographs, and every timestamped message.

Never has it been a smooth process. 1st lease - 2017 - Nissan Rogue Sport - a week later got a call from the sales person shouting and cursing at me because I didn't give him a five star review on the survey. Very unprofessional. 2nd lease - 2020 - my Rogue Sport apparently left the factory without freon so 2 months later when it was 95 degrees I realized I had no AC. Called Service - they couldn't get me in for a WEEK. Went to another dealership - got me in that day and fixed it. 3rd lease - 2023 -Nissan discontinued the Rogue Sport so I was forced to lease a full size Rogue that I didn't need or particularly like. 4th lease - 2026 - Nissan took away the SV Premium trim package. Had to give up leather interior and sunroof. Still no price break or great deal for settling on the basic SV. THEN the last payment that was to be made on my current lease (as part of the deal) was never made. So NMAC turned me over to a collection agency. They refused to deal directly with the dealership and Quirk keeps saying they paid it. "Someone" isn't telling the truth. At the very least TAKE THE CUSTOMER OUT OF THE MIDDLE and talk to each other! Ridiculous. I have been a perfect customer for TWELVE years - returning vehicles with an average of 20K miles on them in premium condition. Three years from now I HOPE to finally leave Nissan!
