Worse service department in the Greater Boston area. Called in to corporate to request to turn off the default data collection on their TCU as per Mazda's term and they helped me schedule an appointment at Quirk Mazda, as per my rights on their site. What I got was the service manager and foreman texting me the next day telling me this isn't possible. Figured I give the benefit of a doubt and call in to confirm. Spoke to their service manager, and frankly it was a disaster. They tried to double down after I pointed them to the link, and confirmed that corporate told me they could do it. Tried to belittle and demean me, saying 'they've never even heard of it', and implying I was an idiot. Raised her voice and show a total lack of professionalism. After some back and forth they finally admitted this was something I could do, and gave an high price of 200 dollars and several days to take care of it. I agreed and thought that was the end of it. But then she made threats over the service link. On the pics I attached the second link was updated a day after our call, and she is basically threatened me, telling me there will be damage to the car, cause she and the service department, are inept and worse of all malignant. I literally called into the next closest mazda dealership, and they handled all of this with utmost professionalism. Will not come back here to buy or service my vehicle here https://www.mazdausa.com/site/privacy-connectedservices -Edit to respond to the message. There is no issue with regards to it's feasibility. If your service manager and foremen had so much as read the link, you'll know that this is in fact a standard option offered by Mazda as a company. To even post that message shows a total lack of professionalism. As an authorized Mazda dealer and service department, it is not out of pocket to request that you perform this service, nor is it professional to insult the customer, implying I made it up, and telling me it's not feasible. Either keep up to date with the Mazda manual,or get a better shop foreman and service Manager.

I want to post a review on the purchase of a new 2025 mazda cx5 at quirk mazda quincy. My wife and I had such a pleasant experience at that dealership. We really love the car and it was nice working with sales manager Victor Cirino and his assistant Ramon. Victor gave me a great deal on the price of the car and an extended warranty. We negotiated the deal over the phone and there were no tricks or surprises when we got to the dealership to sign all the papers and pickup the car. He answered all of our questions about the vehicle and really went out of his way to make sure everything was correct. We were comparing the cx5 to a toyota rav4 and we decided to go with the mazda because the quality seemed to be at the same level for thousands less. In recent years mazdas dependability and satisfaction ratings on jdpower and edmunds have been on par with toyota and honda. We have been toyota and honda owners for many years but one of our clients recommended the cx5 and we are glad they did. The cx5 is a really fun car to drive. If your considering buying a compact suv, you should really test drive one to see how amazing these cars are. The whole car feels like quality. These cars are made and assembled in japan.... not china or mexico. In many ways we like it more than the rav4. Also the 1.9% promotional interest rate that mazda is currently offering is unmatched by toyota, honda and even our own bank. We will be telling my family and friends how much we like our cx5 and Victor and quirk mazda.

Horrible Experience! Rude salesman! Misleading information provided by the online team! I talked with them before going there and they provided misleading information about availability! Price! financing situation!!! Wasted so much time and money to get there! The salesman did not even bother to stand up while we were there standing in front of him! He remained behind his desk!!! He told us that he can sell the car at full MSRP sticker to others (well! good for Mazda! Congrats! Poor customers!!!) ...and he does not give us any discounts-many places do give you some discount- they don't do it! He said he could only change the financing situation (3-4% APR), and then can give us some discount! I had asked about the financing situation on the phone before going there and that was not what their online representative had told me! SO BE VERY CAREFUL! While I was the one who wanted to buy the car and get a loan, he was talking and looking at my husband all the time! (It is 2021, you should learn to respect women :| ) Seems like I was not the only one who had this experience (Based on other recent reviews!) They are blocking/ hiding negative reviews!

I drove three hours each way to Quincy, looked at the car, and put $23,000 down in cash. I want to be specific about the timeline, because it matters. I took possession of the car and texted my salesperson the very same day -- within about an hour of driving off the lot -- telling him the front end was shaking violently at highway speed. That message is timestamped. This was not something that developed weeks later. It was wrong before I ever owned it. His response was that the car had been "super smooth" when he drove it. So I did what they apparently didn't. I took it to New Country BMW in Hartford at 44,949 miles -- roughly 200 miles after purchase -- and paid for a real inspection. Here is what a BMW factory technician put on the repair order: * The right rear rim is bent at the inner lip and "already has a pre-existing wheel repair weld from a cracked rim." The technician wrote that this bent rim is what is "causing vibration at higher speeds." * The front tires are Vredestein 245/40/19. The rears are Michelin 255/40/19. Different brand, different size. He wrote that the rear tires "are the wrong size for the car" and that "mismatched tires negatively impacts the all wheel drive system of the BMW." * The right front tire has a large sidewall scrape with "part of sidewall missing/gouged." * His written recommendation: "RECOMMEND NOT DRIVING UNTIL RESOLVED AS THE MISMATCHED/DAMAGED TIRES COULD CAUSE A BLOW OUT." The quote to make this car safe: $5,065.28. How does a dealership run a safety inspection and not catch two different tire sizes, two different brands, and a welded rim? That is two minutes on a lift. Either nobody actually looked, or somebody looked and sold it anyway. Both answers should concern you. Before I bought it, I asked directly whether the car had ever been modified or altered. The written answer was "Nope never." A weld on a cracked wheel is a structural repair. When I raised the tire damage afterward, I was told in writing that it "only affect[s] safety if wire exposed." That response ignored the welded rim and the mismatched sizes completely. The logistics have been just as bad. On the day the registration was finalized, I gave my salesperson a ride from the Putnam, Connecticut DMV all the way back to Quincy, Massachusetts. That was not my responsibility or my obligation -- the dealership should have arranged transportation for its own employee. Because I did it, I couldn't get both vehicles home and had to have my Honda towed. Since then it has been nothing but back and forth to Quincy. I work nights and live about 90 miles away. I asked whether we could simply meet halfway to save us both the trip -- something I wasn't obligated to offer or pay for, and only suggested to reduce the hassle. That went nowhere. I also tried to split the cost. I offered to have them cover two tires and the rim while I bought the other two tires and paid for installation myself -- out of pocket, on a car I had owned for a week. That wasn't good enough either. The car has sat parked and undriveable since the week I bought it while I make loan payments on it. If you buy from this dealership, do not rely on their inspection. Spend a couple hundred dollars on an independent pre-purchase inspection at a franchise dealer for that brand. Get the car on a lift and look at all four wheels and all four tires yourself before you sign anything. That small expense would have saved me thousands of dollars and weeks of my life. I have the repair order, the tire measurements, the photographs, and every timestamped message.
