I…read morefound the Gutter Twins with a Google search since I wasn't getting a response from those I contacted that I got from friend referrals. I was nervous but once I spoke with them, I was at ease. Every part of the process with the Gutter Twins went smoothly. I like how they use text to know when your technician is on their way, status of the job and when they are finished. They stick to schedule as well. Very happy with them and would highly recommend.

The gutter system I have consist of 2 long gutters each about 50' long on the North and South side of the house ... nothing complicated. 11/4/25 - Called Gutter Twins to get a quote. I should have listen to my head when the red flags started to go up. First, they demanded a 30% down payment, second, they said it would take two weeks to get to me. Nonetheless, I ignored my inner instincts and approved Job Number 3636 with the stipulation they try to see me as soon as possible since the North gutter is completely blocked and when it rains I get a 3' long waterfall running down the side of the building. 11/6/25 - They sent me a receipts showing they took out $114.75 from my credit card. (Exhibit 1) 11/6/25 - Received an email stating they had placed me on the schedule for 'Monday, November 10, 2025 arriving between 9:30 am and 10:30 am'. (Exhibit 2) 11/10/25 - Come Noon and no one showed up. I called their office and was first told they were delayed but would get to see me today. 3:00 pm, called the office again, this time they said the crew was having trouble finding my location but would get to me as soon as they figure out how to get to my house. This was utter nonsense. My address has 3 city locations that you can type in Google Map and find where I live. You can use Easton, Raubsville and Williams Township ... all will show up in google Map. They never showed up. Note I was the one calling them, they never called me to say they were not coming or delayed. 11/11/25 - Sent then screen shots of Google Map and my address, and a photo of my house. (Exhibit 3 and Exhibit 6) They sent an email saying I was schedule to get my gutters clean 'tomorrow'. 11/12/25 - Same thing, no one called and no one showed up. Now it is two days I've lost in earnings and time waiting for this company to come clean my gutters. 11/13/25 - In the morning received an email from Gutter Twins saying they were canceling the order (Exhibit 4). No explanation or reason for why they did not show up twice. Well I've had enough. Called Gutter Twin but no one picked up. Left a somewhat stern voice mail and demanded a refund of my deposit followed by an email (Exhibit 5). Completely irresponsible, have no sense of customer service, and definitely unprofessional. Stay Away! Go to Google Review to see Exhibits. Yelps does not let you download documents pr photos.

Excellent company to work with and we're lucky we chose Lehigh Gap for our new roof. Cory was…read morepleasant, informative, and helpful when gathering information needed to provide the initial estimate. He was able to update that estimate to include new gutters when I inquired a few days later. When we decided to move forward, scheduling the work was easy and Julie kept in contact when weather delayed the initial start. The crew worked late trying to complete the roof by the end of Friday as planned, but when unforeseen complexities necessitated an additional day of work, they came out early Saturday to complete the job without any impact to the quoted price. Cleanup was handled well both after the roof was done and a few days later after the new gutters were installed. Julie followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory and was very helpful in addressing a few questions I had immediately afterward. A few months after having the new roof installed, I noticed water coming in the attic around the chimney during some heavy rains. I reached out to Julie for help and very quickly she had Chris come out to investigate. He redid some of the flashing around the chimney but I was still getting water inside after his first visit. I stayed in contact to let Julie know and she again had Chris out quickly to completely redo the flashing and seal around the chimney. When water was still coming in, Steve came out to investigate further and found defects within the chimney flue were the root cause. At this point, where Lehigh Gap could've claimed no further responsibility and left me to figure out how to address the issues with the chimney myself, Steve instead let me know he was beginning to partner with a local masonry company to address situations like this as they've become more and more common. Steve sourced the appropriate chimney caps and a brick chimney sealant through his partner and was out the next week to install the caps and apply the chimney seal. Through this entire time, everyone that worked with me was so pleasant and conveyed an earnest interest in resolving the issue. It's stressful having issues after such a big investment, but everyone was so understanding and at no point did they make me feel like I was annoying or pestering (though I'm sure nobody was thrilled to hear me calling after each bout of heavy rain!) I am so thankful and frankly blown away that Lehigh Gap worked to resolve this after they identified the chimney was the root cause, and not the roof or the work they did. I don't think any other company I might have chosen for my new roof would have been so tenacious in ensuring my satisfaction and connecting me to solutions well beyond my expectations and the initial scope of work. Thank you to everyone at Lehigh Gap Seamless Gutter! I cannot recommend highly enough!

She has been trying to have them come and attached it, but they will not come to attach it. She paid them 5k for this service and even with her warranty, nothing. The only reason this gutter was not attached was because this particular side of the house is not completely flat ground for the latter like the other sides. So instead of properly doing their job, they disregarded it. Now everytime it rains, water pours down her house. I can see that the fitting from the new gutter doesn't even have a screw hole in it, so they didn't even bother to attach it. I do not recommend this company

You're reading this because you are doing due diligence in choosing a service provider. I did this…read moresame exercise. In choosing a gutter cleaner I had found that some providers wanted to charge a premium for the number of trees that surround my house. Neal LaBuda didn't - made me pause and look into his company and its reputation. I hope you do the same. You'll find, as I did, a small business owner/operator who lives in the same area I do. I talked with Neal and liked what I heard. I expect you will too. Neal had the job done in less than a day, and I didn't have to clean up after the cleaning as I had to do after other service providers finished. Want quality? Want quick turn around? Want completion and satisfaction? Then you want LaBuda.

Our gutters were leaking and not draining well, even after being cleaned and attached with gutter guards. On top of that we also noticed a couple of troubling spots on the roof as well. After reading reviews about Neil Labuda we decided to give him a try. He came for a consultation right away and gave us an estimate; we decided to go with him even though we didn't ask for a second opinion-- we liked what he had to offer. He is very professional in his presentation and explained all the pros and cons of everything very clearly. We signed the contract and had a beginning date set. Due to the weather (not his fault) we had to start later on. The task was to change all the gutters and to repair the roof of a 3000sqf ranch house. Estimated time to completion was around 5 to 7 days, he made it in 4! He worked most of the time alone (with the exception of one day), but very efficiently, and hard. He hardly took a lunch break. He came every day around 7 am and went all the way to 5 pm. The result: The look is great, I should write in the future regarding the functionality, but it really looks amazing. He gives a 10-year warranty for the the gutters and a good warranty for the roof repairs as well. He cleaned very well when the job was done even rolling a giant magnet in case any screws or nails were left on the ground. The price: it wasn't cheap and honestly we do not know how market-fair it was since is the first time we deal with this, however the job was done right. He was very honest and even gave us a break for extra repairs he had to do on the roof, which we really appreciate since we are struggling a bit with so many repairs we have to do. Conclusion: He is knowledgable, trust-worthy, and very professional. He took great pics of the repairs, and gave us an idea what will be the next thing to do in order to maintain a good healthy roof and gutters. Thanks, Neil! In a few months I will write an update :)
