The hats are nice but takes too long to ship, and customer service is absolutely terrible. You can't speak to anyone in person it's all over e-mail, and they will not help you at all. I had an issue with a hat and didn't realize I could return the hat until the last day, I reached out and sent them an e-mail, but they didn't send me a link until 3 days later. By the time I was able to start the process, their portal said it was past the time allowed, and I can't exchange the hat in question. When I tried to contact them, they just kept telling me it's past the time allowed and there's nothing they will do. The problem is I initially contacted them on the 17th of January, and their system said I couldn't exchange the hat because they didn't send me the portal until after the 17th. Unless they make this right I'll never shop with them again. read more

I went on a Saturday morning to get gift cards for Xmas but wasn't sure about opening time because I saw 2 different hours of operations between yelp and Google. I took my chances and went at the earlier time but they were closed so I decided to stay in the neighborhood and grabbed breakfast and when I got back the place was packed. I was like what are they selling in this store????. The place was HOT, fresh, young, dope, fly lol The concept is you see a hat you like and the hat salesperson pulls out the hats for you from this cool display closet that comes in and out of the wall so it's very clean and minimalist looking. I waited on line and when it was my turn I asked the average price of a hat for my gift card purchases and the guy tells me $60. I'm like cool let me get 2 and I start chatting him up and mention that I had come an hour earlier and bam he's like oh no so sorry we do normally open at that time but something happened and he gave me a discount. I was like what???? I didn't ask or anything. I wasn't complaining or upset I was just like chatting through the transaction and I was like WOW this is amazing AND THEN he even threw in a couple of pins (which I guess are a big deal). Needless to say Auntie gave the boys their best Xmas gift... Will def be going back! read more

I was looking for a valentines gift for my boyfriend and apparently hats are the new jordan's lol. I know nothing about hats. But the staff was so kind helping me pick out a few sections my boyfriend would love based off his style. They helped me matched the hats I like to shoes he already has which made it easier. Apparently this store just opened a few months ago and i didn't even know that I need to know what size fitted my boyfriend wears. I've had such a great experience with this business located on Melrose. I went a couple months ago looking for a cool hat for my fiancé and Jacob.the manager was so helpful, not intimidating or pushy, and made sure I knew the return and exchange policy in case my fiancé did not like the hat. I did not end up getting one that time, but I came back a couple months later, and he remembered who I was and helped me out again. Super impressed with his salesmanship. Horrible experience yesterday actually encountered a few things, waited for hours and they made a post saying 1 per style out of 7 hats and only let us get 2 which is false advertising and on the way out I heard an employee/manager yelling/cursing at a consumer as I was walked out the front door.
