Red flag I failed to notice is that their website doesn't have a return policy stated and only asks you to contact via email. This was the first time I interacted with her, and will certainly be the last. At first, she seemed flustered. We went over *exactly* how we wanted to the monogram to look; size, color, location. When the day came for pick up, I was astonished as to how wrong the product came out. The font was triple the size we agreed on and we described, and the location was in the middle of the product (versus along the edge, which was what was explicitly requested). A few back and forths, she admitted to incorrectly monogramming the product and gave a discount of $16 for the monogram, but refused to acknowledge that the product was ruined or damaged. Her exact words "damaged means the product does not work, it works, the zipper works." I explained that the product was handmade, that another comparable product can be obtained in an expedited fashion so that it can be ready for Christmas, and discussed that we would only feel right for her to reimburse us for the product that was ruined. She vehemently opposed any amicable solution and lost a customer for life. B aware of shady businesses that cannot take ownership for their mistakes and errors.
