It had a bacon tomato jam so I thought it would be okay without condiments, but it was dry. It needed pickles. None of the burgers on the menu had pickles. Burgers should have pickles. We weren't given a kid's menu when we were sat, so I thought they didn't have one (it's a pub, I get it), and I tried to just order a side of mashed potatoes for my son. Our server was cool with it and was able to ring it in (because she later had to take it off the ticket) but the kitchen told her they don't serve individual sides which is very odd to me. You have a button for it on the POS, you can serve a side on an entree plate, so just put that amount on a side plate. It seems like a very easy way to cater to your customers. The sun really shines through those back windows in the evening. Some pull down shades would be a huge improvement. It's a beautiful view, but not when the sun is setting and blazing into your retinas. Overall, food was mid, prices were a little too high across the board, service, as always, was great.

A server came up and asked how many and I said 4. We were told it was a 45 minute wait and the kitchen was backed up 30 minutes. We were not allowed to sit at the bar and no one was standing and waiting was going to be seated at any of the empty tables. This is 100% unacceptable. If you can't hire enough people to handle a less than half full restaurant, then just close down. Totally ridiculous, don't know how you will handle football season. Go to Wings, Pizza, and Things they have no problem taking care of customers.
