That said, in the amount of time for it to register that you just drove by and ask yourself the question, "Was that a beer barn?" You will arrive at a side street for which to use for turning around.. According to the owner there will soon be taco trucks and hot off the smoker barbecue available.. Drive up beer AND barbecue!! So, if you plan on driving North on 35 and don't feel like sitting in the endless construction traffic, then exit I35 just South of Temple and pick up 317 North. Leads you North of Waco (and you can still get Kolaches off exit 353 at Czech House or Slovaceks)... Smoke Signals Bamberg (Smoked Lager) was ok however it had no smoke notes; so while good as a beer, it was a style mismatch of sorts. Azacca Hazy (Single Hop Hazy) was ok. An acceptable response would have been to double check and NOT serve substandard sauce to begin with! - I was drinking water. Forty minutes before closing the server took the three-quarter's full container and dumped it on the plants. I was planning to get more water! But in spite of that and the limited hours, the bar is well decorated, well run, and they even have events now and then.
