I went here with my family for a late lunch. We were told to sit where we wanted and did. They only had one wait staff so it took a while for her to get to us. We ordered some appetizers to start with the ordered our meals. She forgot to turn in my daughter's Chicken Wings for her meal. We had finished our food when she came back an apologized for forgetting her food. So my daughter ate from my fries and grandsons pizzas! Now, What food we did get was good! Been here 5 times in 6 months. This was the worst. Took 20 minutes to get beer. Appetizers took another 30min. The dips for the appetizers came with dinner. Dinner took over 30 more. Getting refills was a nightmare. 4 drinks ordered. 3 came in 10min. The other took 20. 1/2 of the dinner came out. We waited for 20 more minutes for the other 1/2. Got the lemon pepper wings, buffalo wings with blue cheese of course, a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni pie. Excellent pie IMO as a New Yorker!!! But after we got our drinks we kinda felt they we were pushed to the side over everyone else... And we waited and waited for what seemed like 10-15 minutes to put in our appetizers and that came out quick. I've been here before and we really enjoyed it. The pizza was excellent. I absolutely love their fries. But today was not the same experience. We took our grandsons there so that they could eat and play games. They really enjoyed the Jenga and wanted to play connect four. Who took an unusually long time to come out considering there weren't really any customers. My husband's pizza was burnt black on the bottom. And my chickens wrapped and one of my grandson's slider kids meal didn't come out for almost 5 minutes after everybody else's. By that time they had all snacked on cheese curds and didn't want to eat anymore. We'll give it another try at a later date. And hope that it's better again. Have lived in Belton for a long time and have always enjoyed visiting this Scores location. It has been known for its hometown charm and friendly, swift service. These reasons made my last visit to Scores that much more disappointing. The waitress we had was rude and inattentive and was far more concerned with talking with a male outside that checking on other tables or checking on the status of our food. The appetizer we ordered took over 20 minutes to come out and looked as though it had been thrown in a basket and then served to us. Then ordered a pizza, 45 minutes later...no pizza and no update as to when the pizza would be ready. Finally, we had had enough of waiting for one, 10 inch pizza, and asked to cash out. We were then told there were only 2 people working in the back, I understand that understaffing happens but updating your customer on the status of their order makes a huge difference and it was only one pizza, it should not have taken over 40 minutes. Our waitress then came to cash us out and then stated that our pizza was being cut now. At that point we no longer wanted to remain in the establishment and elected to just cash out the appetizer we ate. The waitress did not apologize or say anything, she simply took the money and then provided change. I don't know how we haven't tried this before. There isn't a lot of great food in the Belton area and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. My Husband got the Philly Cheesesteak and fries. He said the flavor was good and that the steak was a little dry. I got the wings in cajun and buffalo lemon pepper and they are really flavorful. The wings were tender and were much larger than wings are at the chain restaurants. The service was not great. The staff was nice just not very attentive. There wasn't many people in when we were dining so we were confused when our wait staff was not available and didn't check in on our table. 1/31/2025 Food was good. However, KRISTI the "GM" was very rude! There were 10 of us eating and drinking. We came to listen to the music. It was Very Cold outside so we moved inside to the covered patio. We were inside no longer than 5 min and this KRISTI the GM comes out and turns off the heaters. When we asked her if she would please turn them back on she VERY RUDELY said no without any explanation and hurriedly walked off. When we stopped and asked her why again she RUDELY said there was no need for it. Now 9:50pm she is sitting at the bar drinking a beer and smoking. We went here last weekend for a late lunch and were surprised to find it empty, there were 2 different sections and an outdoor patio section. We weren't sure which door to go in and were a little confused upon entering. After looking around the waitress was like, oh, you can sit anywhere, on either side, so we choose what looked like the dining side vs the bar side since there was more light and we didn't want to take up seats at the bar. The waitress was friendly and helpful when we asked questions about the menu since it doesn't really describe what some of the appetizers are. The food was ordered and the appetizers came out first. We ordered the fried mushrooms, fried pickles, and pork rinds. They were all amazing especially with their homemade ranch! I could drink that stuff. I ordered wings, my dad ordered the Sandman Fries, and 2 of my kiddos ordered pizzas. The fries came out first, then both the pizzas...I was still waiting for my wings...we didn't see the waitress for a little while because it was like she was literally the only server for all 3 sections the whole restaurant. When she came back by I asked about my wings and she went to check on them. She came back to the table and told me that she had forgotten to put the order in. She apologized and owned up to the mistake and said she was gonna put them in right away. I told her not to worry about it and that I was fine. (I will be back to try them eventually cuz I love wings and need to try them) I was a little disappointed, but I understand that mistakes happen and didn't want to wait for them to be cooked after my teenagers were already almost done. The sandman fries were not the best. They were full of cheese that had hardened and made a huge mass of steak style fries. They were just okay. The Monsta pizza was good. Full of toppings, and stingy cheese. The Hall of Fame was burnt really bad on the bottom but my son was too hungry to ask them to recook it and he went on and ate it. He said it still tasted good. There were so many toppings on the pizzas that they were falling apart...messy but good. We will definitely go back if not just for the appetizers, but to also try their wings. Probably won't get the fries again, but would like to try some of the other appetizers. All in all, not bad, but could have been better. read more

Extremely angered. I have been to this establishment twice, and both times they have messed my order up. The workers eat while they're serving, which is a safety hazard, they don't listen to you when they take your order, and they won't acknowledge when they make mistakes. They aren't especially kind or courteous and you have to talk to 5 different people to solve a simple issue. We ordered pizza and wings and they brought the wings out 30 minutes after they brought the pizza out. RIDICULOUS. Didn't say anything acted like it was normal and when we asked where the wings were they just said they were busy. There's 5 empty tables in this room alone, let alone the empty tables outside, and in the other room. They provide a poor environment, poor food, and even worse service. Scores was recommended to be by my buddy and I'm glad he shared this place with me. I've ordered takeout twice from here, wings and fries. The first time I had the wings they were breaded and so filling with the breading I didn't finish them all or the fries. I won't complain about having leftovers. The second time I ordered them naked and they were great. This will probably become my usual wing spot. I've had great service both times I've ordered and picked up. Placing the order was easy and when walking in to pickup I was promptly greeted by the bartender and brought my order. This place looks like a pretty good spot hangout on a weekend. There is an ample amount of indoor and outdoor seating, as well as bar seating. It's on the list to dine in for 2022! read more

If you sit outside it may be a half hour before someone comes to your table. This last time I went in, no difference, I stood at the bar for a good 10 minutes with 2 bartenders ignoring me. Another guy walked in and stood at a different part of the bar. Eventually they asked him what he needed even though i had been standing there a lot longer. When I have ate here their food is average, nothing special. All I wanted to do was enjoy a beer and a Rangers game, but I'm not going out of my way to yell at someone to take care of me. Located within a stone's throw of Nolan creek at the foot of East Street, Scores scores with plenty of TVs for catching the games and a wide selection of wings, pizza and things to eat with your beverages. No liquor, but a big selection of ice cold beer served up by a crew of very helpful servers. I had the Boom Boom Bone-In Wings and they were perfect! Dianne chose the Scores pizza with Canadian bacon, pepperoni and fresh veggies. It, too, was right on point and a lot of pizza for the price. Pleasant weather had guests spilling into the ample patio seating out front and the vibe was family friendly with locals kicking off the weekend among friends. They recently sold to new owners. We went frequently before when the old owners had control. The pizza was delicious. I ordered the same pizza. I always do the first time after the new owners took over when I visited. It was awful. The crust seemed as if it were one week old, and it just didn't have the same taste. Very disappointed whatever you're doing differently stop! Just go back to the way everything was before and you'll be successful.
