They did an amazing job helping me find the hat that felt right for me, asking thoughtful questions about my style and what I was hoping for. I ended up going with a private label open crown, but honestly, they have so many incredible options that I feel like everyone can find something there. After we found the right fit and talked through the crown style I wanted, Brad steamed and shaped the hat, making adjustments until it was exactly what I was imagining. Then Shay helped me decide on decoration options. I had brought in a special pin that I wanted to incorporate and she was awesome, suggesting ways to make it work with the overall design. Then came one of my favorite parts - choosing the feathers! They have so many beautiful options. I spent way too long deliberating (they were so patient with me) and finally settled on three gorgeous ones. I wear my custom hat all the time now, I love having something that's completely unique to me. And the whole experience felt so personal and tailored, you can tell they really care about making sure people leave feeling confident and happy with their purchase. And in terms of value, they carry well-made, good quality hats that will last you many years, can handle most weather, and are priced fairly for what you are getting. I was truly sad to find out that Next had closed as I was unaware that there were multiple locations. Thanks to Yelp I found out that there are Next stores all over Cleveland and I damn near hit them all this weekend. This location is in Beachwood Place on the second floor next to Nordstrom. It is a little cramped but what shines here is the shoes! As soon as you walk in there is a three tier table with nothing but shoes! On the left side is women's boots, heels, sandals and sneakers. On the right side is men's sneakers. The store is set up the same way. Women's clothing on the left and men's on the right. This weekend they have Nudie Jeans on sale for 30% for as low as $139 and Levi's for $35! They didn't have any Nudies in my size left. :(

It is more geared towards men clothing, but I would probably get a comfy sweatshirt, jacket, or t-shirt from there. A lot of it is also color coded which is nice if you are looking for a specific sports team or color. Also, I was pleased to find that they have a bunch of vintage knick knacks as well. I found a cart with a bunch of shot glasses and they have a back room with some cool furniture, posters, records, magazine, etc. The service was great too. We were greeted at the door and the man helping us was very friendly and personable. I would 100% recommend Highland Throwbacks if you are into thrifting or want to start shopping second-hand.
