I visited Rally House for the first time on October 10th, 2024. I came to look for a long sleeve top to wear to my first NFL (professional football) game. The game was on October 20th so I had 10 days to find a jersey or sweater. I had been to many college football games in the past but never to an NFL game. OPTIONS -- They sell all sorts of sports clothing and memorabilia to choose from. The sports that I saw represented in the store is baseball (MLB), American football (NFL), and Ohio college teams (Ohio State, Akron, BGSU, and CSU). There were probably more sports that I may have missed being shown in the store. There are plenty of tops and bottoms to choose from with different colours and sizes. MY PURCHASE -- I absolutely loved my purchase. I decided to buy a more practical clothing item rather than a sports jersey. I bought a white Cleveland Browns sweater which I can wear anytime instead of just on football game days (see attached photo). The sweater is cute and unique plus it was cheaper than a licensed NFL jersey. The sweater that I bought has brown and orange lines or patches on the sleeves and a small Browns team mascot on the top backside. Cleveland Browns is written on the front of the sweater but it doesn't look like a sports sweater at all but it does have the Browns team colours. It definitely wasn't cheap (around $65 before tax) and I could have found something for $20-30 cheaper at Marshall's, TJ Maxx, or even the Giant Eagle little sports section. It will last me a long time so I'm happy with my purchase. If you're looking for a sports t-shirt or jersey then visit Rally House. The Fairview Park shop is a nice combination of clothes and some great bric a brac. Located in a medium sized plaza the Discovery Shop is also medium sized, always clean and well organized and you can find some great finds. Each week they have a 50% off color and the last weekend of the month everything in the store is 50% off. At this store I have found some really good clothes finds, especially on the men's clearance rack where the cost is $1 per item. I have found suit jackets, shirts and pants, while the men's selection is not large, what they have is usually very good and high quality. I have noticed that this store has a much larger selection of women's clothes. The store usually has a nice small selection of dishes, kitchenware and art; they do have some really interesting items up near the register, they often have some pieces from Europe, Asia and Africa. The selection seems to change everytime I have visited, nothing seems to last long at this shop. As an example I found a really nice leather motorcycle bag for under $10. The Fairview Park Discovery Shop is a fun and diverse place to do some thrifting; not the biggest store, but they really do a great job of making sure that they are selling high quality items at great prices. Not the kind of thrift store you are going to spend hours at, but well worth a visit whenever you are in the area to check out what they have. Plus the proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society which is a very worthwhile charity.

There were a few other people there shopping but she was attentive to everyone. She asked my daughter if there was a particular color or style she was looking for and then she instantly started pulling some dresses based on what she thought would work. Her selections were spot on. We loved all the dresses, but agreed that the very first one she tried on was the one! We were so impressed with her sense of style, awesome customer service, and professional yet down to earth demeanor. We will never go anywhere without starting here to look for a dress! We paid for the dress and then she had my daughter pose with a cute "I said yes to the dress" sigh, which was an adorable touch! We will be back!

A female employee kindly directed me to the formal dresses which happened to be in the same area where I was already located (1st floor right at the Northwest entrance door). I walked a few second down from where I was and I immediately found 2 great dresses. I tried them on in the changing room and then choose a beautiful and long blue dress. I used a gift card to purchase the dress and the price was under $80 because the dress was on sale. So, I got a good deal. With the remaining balance on my gift card, I bought blush (face makeup) which is something I wanted but I didn't have at home. The one I bought is actually also an eye shadow and eye liner as well. The brand is Lancôme Paris. The 2 ladies over at the Lancôme makeup counter were very helpful. They helped me try on the blush first to see how it would look on my face (they mixed in the blush with a foundation to see how it would look). I'll certainly be back if I need a new dress. Instead of peeling the yellow tag they put the original price back and they were selling it for full price. When I went back there to ask about it and showed them the prices, the manager immediately starts yelling saying legally we can do whatever we want to do. That is scamming people, but most importantly he didn't leave me a chance to talk !! Had he been kind, I would have understood but he was rude and unpleasant from the start.
