Michael Drennen sent it back for replacement. It took over 4 weeks before he was able to provide a replacement unit. In my current situation one of the ear molds broke (cheap plastic?) at the end of December 2025. A replacement mold arrived in late March, but it didn't match the receiver unit of my HA and had to be returned. It is now mid-May and I still don't have a replacement mold. If what you want is to purchase hearing aids from a reasonably reputable place, this is fine. If you want any service performed, then STAY AWAY.

They sold me hearing aids I did not need with a promise that I could get my money back if I was unsatisfied, of course it was not pointed out that it would cost me $320 of my $3000 if I did!!!!! If they had I WOULD NOT have spent my hard earned money with them. Once I got them home I realize they were not working and had static that made it painful to wear. I went to a legitimate doctor and had my hearing checked. Lo and behold, I didn't need them after all!!! Rogers told he they would accommodate me with availability with business hours if I needed adjustments. It was not easy to return them but I brought them back finally. Brought my son here specifically for the eye doctor. I love the check in process! They have kiosk…read morewhere you stop and checkin, verify your info, and then proceed to the waiting room. They have baseball cards for free for the kids in the lobby. There are also vending machines for drinks and snacks. In the waiting room for ophthalmology, they have TVs and books for the kids(they can take a book home). The wait was brief and the doctor called us in herself. She was super nice and explained everything. The exam rooms were nice and clean, the exam was done efficiently, and I liked that the doctor spoke to my child as she explained everything and didnt just do the exam blindly.
