The audiologist i worked with is sarah and she was great with answering my numerous questions and requests for adjustments. They are also open one nite a week late which helps on fitting into my work schedule. Plus a great benefit of the customers of this place receive free batterys every two months if you come in and pick them up.

It's important to get there early, it's a busy practice and they have lots of tests but at least there is a nice waiting area in between them. I have a few eye issues but I feel really confident with my doctors, they do a great job of explaining treatments, procedures, and addressing my concerns. And, I am happy that I don't have to drive to Boston for quality eye care.

We found Dr. Insalaco very helpful and answered all of our questions and set up a follow up visit after the hearing test. He was very helpful and we felt fortunate to have seen him.

She was was unable to demo the proper hearing aid for my hearing loss. I gave her time to consult with her resources, made an appointment 2 weeks later; When I showed up at my second meeting with Joanne, I was advised after I showed up that the audiologist was unable to accommodate my degree of hearing loss and refereed me to another audiologist. A simple phone call, instead of an office visit would have been more suitable. Do not waste your time with this office. They are not qualified.

Went in for appt. was told that the hearing aid would arrive w/in two weeks, after two weeks we started to call and no one answered, when we finally got through they told us the hearing aid had not been ordered because they were having problems with Cobra insurance approval we told them that insurance would not be covering this and strangely the person just kept repeating over and over the same thing about Cobra (which by the way is not even my mother's insurance). When we asked them to send us all my mother's paperwork back they had the wrong address, when we questioned them as to why they never contacted us to let us know the hearing aid had not been ordered they had no explanation. My mother has early stage Alzheimer, had she gone to this appt. alone and had no one to help her she would still be waiting. We've reported them to Medicaid, Medicare who have them on a preferred list as well as Mass Eye & Ear. This stores needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom. Sad to think this is who our elderly are having to deal with.

I went back to return it this time the Dr. was in and tried to adjust it. Not even close. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back for a few more adjustments, with zero success. It was at this time they told me it can take up to a dozen or more "fittings" every two weeks to get it right. I call BS! I spent another $500 to buy the hardware to adjust it myself and got it better than they did on my third try. This was over two years ago and time for a new hearing aid. Unfortunately, I'll have to deal with going deaf because this scam outfit is the only one my insurance recognizes. STAY AWAY!
