Outside seating is perfect Tortilla soup absolutely one of the best in the United States Posole was absolutely outstanding Tacos absolutely fantastic Queso chips we're fantastic Got the signature margarita no salt, called $1 million margarita and it was way good. Two hours to recuperate. Did I say it was fantastic?

Arrived here on a Saturday night around 6pm. Seated right away and was greeted immediately. There were inside and outside options with a bar. The decor included various depictions of nacho libre, which added flair. Asked about ordering chips and salsa and was told the only option was chips and guacamole, came with salsa. The guacamole and salsa were fresh but the chips were over salted and mostly consisted of small pieces. For an entree, I ordered the salmon tacos. They were edible but nothing special. The restaurant felt as though they strictly rely on tourists to come here once and never return.

Pretty decent tacos! Came here after hiking & sat on the cute outdoor deck area with an amazing view. I got the al pastor tacos & my fiance got the pulled pork burrito and both were delicious. The guac was decent but not the best I've ever had.

The chips are very salted! Beware!

2.5 Stood at Host podium, upon entering, and waited for someone to acknowledge us at all. Not a great first impression. Chips were very salty but my husband liked the queso. Unfortunately, neither of us cared for the Braised Bison Enchiladas (and we love bison). The restaurant looked clean nicely decorated.

We were here on a bachelorette trip & had the best experience!!! The food was INCREDIBLE, lots of flavor and unique combos. Our server Adrian was awesome, kind, and caring. He made our time here very fun and worthwhile from beginning to end! Thank you for having us

BOMB experience - we got picked up from the airport when we came to town by Hatch bartender, Adrian, so of course we got some recommendations- he stayed loyal to his roots by recommending the bar he works at, Hatch, which was walking distance from our accommodations. We sat at the bar for dinner and had an absolutely wonderful experience - from the killer service by Adrian, to the homemade hot sauce, to the Elk Quesadilla - this spot was a 5 star experience.

Stopped in for happy hour on a Saturday (!!) and was greeted with friendly service, delicious food and margs and a lovely patio! The whole staff was friendly and service was incredibly quick. I opted for the patio on a beautiful day but they have ample indoor seating too. It's casual but not overly so where you feel rushed. Their happy hour is phenomenal and the marg lived up to the hype - a strong pour, great flavor. The quesadilla was large and I got mine with pulled pork which was a great addition. Overall, a great stop that I'd definitely recommend!

On our way to Grand Teton, we stopped in Jackson Hole and found this Tex Mex local heaven for lunch. We started with Chip and Salsa (they charged for refill!) and a few drinks: a Bloody Maria, a spicy Magaritta on the rock, a Corona beer and a glass of Californian Pinot Noir. Water was served without us asking, which I loved. For entrees, we spitted a Sputhern of the Border Wrap, which came with a great mustard dipping; a Tortilla Soup, and one of their Specialty Tavos. This dog friendly spot with inside and outdoor seating was packed on 4th July, and I could tell why. I loved their ambiance and quality.

The name is disguised as "an entry point with a first number") tour starting at Mt. Rushmore with multiple stops in between ending at the Grand Tetons. This was our final ending meal together. First, I know the management prepared for us. We had to select the entrees a couple of days before. Second, we were seated next to the circular wall towards the street, very accommodating. Noise factor was good to excellent because of the high ceilings (the industrial look you know with exposed duct work now popular.) Third, finally the food what you really want to know... All of us had the house salad. It was lightly dressed which I appreciated since some restaurants over dress or use a harsh vinaigrette. I had their beef steaks which the tour written description was a fillet, restaurant menu list as a ribeye. I 'm not going to complain because it was accurately seared. I asked for mine medium and another asked for medium well. Both were slightly under which was good. Presentation was excellent they did change from sweet potatoes to a couscous ( I think) which was a good switch and tasty. My spouse had the rainbow trout and it was amazing! It a good size, as again presentation was great! Tasted good too! Not dry. Another person had the truffle pasta and there was a poached egg on top. What a surprise! They said it tasted good! If you want someone on the other menu section of yelp list just what was offered to us with a detailed description. The dessert was their donut holes (very crispy and tasty) with three dipping sauces. We had soft drinks and there was a double pour. Every thing came out in a timely manner! Amazing again for such a large group. Check'm out, they're good!

Unfortunately, the bar was painfully slow. Our first round of drinks took about 15 minutes, and the second took closer to 30 minutes after ordering. We eventually had to check in to make sure they were even coming. The food was fine, but not something we'd come back for. The elk pasta lacked the depth and richness you expect from a bolognese. The trout--poblano stuffed and curry-prepared--was an interesting idea, but the curry completely overpowered the fish, making the dish feel unbalanced. We had curry-dusted trout at The Blue Lion earlier in the week that was far better. (One of the best trout meals I've ever had.)

We dined here last night and I must say if could give it 6 stars I would. To start the space is gorgeous with high ceilings, brick walls and nice artwork. It's inside a very nice hotel. Next the service was on point. They have a nice wine list. But the food is there with the decor. We have tendency to do Lebanese tapas (a bunch of small dishes). The kibbeh was the best I have had. Small and crunchy perfectly prepared. 3 per order and obviously made to order not sitting there pre cooked. The baba was very good as was the shankleesh which was nicely presented. Grape leaves are usually premade and come out cold not these made to order warm and full of flavor. The pita was not your typical but very very good. Walking up, the outside is very unassuming, even to the point that I almost second guessed our decision, but don't let that deter you. The inside is half wine shop liquor store, half intimate tapas wine bar. There's several long tables for communal dining and a few spots at the bar. During happy hour, all of their drinks are half off as well as their burratas and cheese plates. I got a nice dry rose which was fantastic. For an early evening bite, we got the fried artichokes and the mushroom burrata plate and both were excellent. Overall, this is a cozy spot to bring a friend, a date, or even your parents. After a few days of "well, that was expensive" meals, this place felt like striking gold. We're not meat eaters, which can sometimes make dining in these areas a bit of a scavenger hunt, but The Blue Lion delivered anyway. The scallops were spot-on, the scampi pasta was bright and balanced, and everything tasted like someone in the kitchen actually cared. And then there's Colin, the manager--who somehow manages to be attentive, engaging, and completely unpretentious all at once. He chatted with us about food like we were old friends, made sure every detail was right, and turned dinner into an experience rather than just a reservation. Our server was equally dialed in, catching nuances in our order that most places would miss. It's the kind of service that feels effortless but clearly isn't. The vibe? Cozy, welcoming, and just the right amount of lively. The kind of place where you linger a little too long and start thinking about what you'd order next time.
