    Fusilli Gigante
    Dave W.

We wanted a nice meal for the last evening of our trip and this place was the perfect spot. We almost didn't go, because there was no availability all night on Open Table, but we decided to just walk in and they had plenty of tables to choose from. We started our meal with the crostata - the whipped ricotta was very tasty. We followed that with the classic Caesar, which was more than enough for 4 people to share. For my entree, I got the fusilli gigante, which was excellent. Good flavor and just the right amount of spice. Others in the party ha the casarecce and the Ray cavatelli and everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. The portion sizes were excellent for an Italian restaurant. Just the right amount!

Glorietta's was an amazing spot to enjoy our friends' birthday dinner. It was a place we had to make a reservation for in advance, and we wish we probably would've made a reservation earlier than a week out because most options were filled. Nonetheless, it was definitely worth it. The menu had some amazing options and though we were sad they were out of the bison steak, we loved our meals. I had the rabbit leg and it was fantastic. Amazing flavor and cooked to perfection. The steak we had caused our other two friends to order their own because it was delicious. The restaurant is this cozy high-end style that feels clean, sharp, and intimate. Our server was very kind, and we appreciated the chef's fantastic meals. There are too many good things to name! It's worth making your reservation and getting in there to try out some of the amazing entrées.

The experience here contained all the elements one would expect from fine dining. A helpful hostess, knowledgeable table service, a full bar utilizing local ingredients to mix the perfect craft cocktails (the sesame western was delightful!). The menu options included a rich selection of pastas, proteins, and vegetables, each intentionally crafted to create the perfect bite. The restaurant itself almost seemed to betray its culinary elegance with an aire of western saloon styling. Yet, the contrast dissolved upon the immersion into the menu. We had three "Per la Travola" and "Antipasti" followed by a few Primi and Secondi. The crostini was a perfectly toasted slice of baguette with a pillow of sweet and nutty ricotta. Amazing! From the "Primi" selections, the Casarecce was perfection. The dish had just the right mixture of crunch to accentuate the delicate firmness of the pasta, and the boldness of the pesto. Other standout dishes were the grilled rabbit leg, and grilled cabbage. Both quite unique, and remarkable. However, the highlight of the night, in my humble opinion, was the Fusilli Gigante, and the Grilled Broccolini. The later came with a spicy Calabrian aioli, which was wonderful. In terms of drink, their specialty old-fashioned equivalent contained a nice local sage flourish that really added to each sip. And of course no proper dining experience would be complete without a dessert... the tiramisu and affogato left us all quite satisfied. Can't recommend enough. Perfect for a date night, or a night out with friends and family.

Everything was amazing! This was our favorite spot to eat in Jackson! The spaghetti was fresh and flavorful. I had my reservations about the spaghetti due to the egg on top, but when you mix it in, it adds to much flavor! And there is no red sauce on the spaghetti. The bread was good, the charred edges gave it flavor. Definitely tasted home made. The Panna cotta was very good but it was more thick like flan. It was also a very large portion. The smores dessert is served hot and bubbly but didn't have as much flavor. The tiramisu was to die for! Definitely recommend it! The afgotta would have been better with alcohol in the coffee. The burrata salad was very fresh and flavorful. The Caesar salad is not shown but it was delicious and very large. You are able to share this with several people at the table. Service was great! Everyone was kind and friendly. If you are in a large party they include the 20% tip and they will not split up the check. So not very group friendly. The ambiance is dark and romantic. It is actually so dark that it is hard to see inside.

The pasta is incredible!!!!!! Highly recommend trying their pesto and rigatoni! We went back TWO nights in a row!

The place is blocked out for dinner but we got lucky with an outdoor seating table. Our server Bernadette was really helpful guiding us through the excellent menu. The elk bolognese was definitely a dish worth it and so was the fresh trout.

Nice local restaurant with good food options. Came with a reservation during the weekend, which is recommended. Weekdays, you may be able to walk in without a reservation. Service was friendly and timely. It does get cold inside the main dining area as people come in and open the door to the blistery cold. Owner or manager spoke/greeted the two tables next to me and skipped right over me. 1. Spaghetti - Creamy, delicious, mushroomy. Not tomato sauce based. Egg yolk puts a nice touch to it. 2. Eggplant Caponata - Delicious! Has your tomato hit. Olives, pine nuts add a great touch to it. 3. Tiramisu - 3/5. Cream heavy. No alcohol. Not as moist as others. Overall, a good restaurant with delicious pasta options with a few drawbacks above.

First night in Jackson we came to Glorietta . Service was excellent and the food was ok. The swordfish was very salty and couldn't be finished. The macaroni with bolanaise with elk was very good. First time I had elk. It was delicious

Unbelievable dining experience and spectacular food!! They work hard to create an intimate dining environment. We enjoyed the bone marrow appetizer and it was unbelievable! The rye cavatelli (elk pasta) and fusilli gigante were amazing entrees. Finishing it out with fresh tiramisu was the perfect cap on the evening. Z and Thomas made our experience unforgettable! Can't wait to return!!

Yum yum yum! I have nothing but positive things to say abot Glorietta! To start off, I am a sucker for a matchbook and they had some so that did get me instantly excited for our meal! We made a Saturday night reservation and it was a spectacular evening. Our waitress was just nicest person ever and the atmosphere of this restaurant was beautiful. The candlelight was perfect. We all got some drinks to start of which they had a fantastic selection to pick from. We got some appetizer to start including the himachi, the burrata and the olives. The himachi was delicious and so was the burrata but I have to admit my favorite were the olives. I love olives but they had such a great selection and super delicious. For my entree, I shared the cassarecci and the fussili both of which were amazing. The sauces on both of these were so well done and I loved the slight spice on the fussilli and not to mention there were generous portions! Of course we had to get some dessert so we had the panna cotta, the gelato and the tiramisu. The strong coffee flavor of the gelato was to die for and the panna cotta was just a perfect balance with the sweet cream but the tiramisu was the icing on the cake for me. Overall, a delicious meal and a great stop for a classy dinner in Jackson!

Lovely upscale Italian restaurant tucked away behind the Anvil hotel. Once you're inside you almost forget where you are. I could have easily walked out and thought I was in the city, it felt so authentic inside. Wonderful attentive service and loud, lively atmosphere. Dishes were delicious The Caesar is large enough for 4 or more! The papardelle was ok, I'd skip and choose a different pasta next time. It was a little lackluster. Winter greens were topped with crispy breadcrumbs and beautifully seasoned, one of my favorite bites. Finished with tiramisu and affogato, which were both good as well. Overall a wonderful meal in a nice dim lit setting that could easily feel like nyc or Nashville and then you pop out to the icy cold mountains in the background-pretty excellent find here in Jackson Hole! One note, I came in for my birthday and that was missed. Just little things I notice when I make reservations.

Had a wonderful dinner at Glorietta's! Totally influenced by TikTok ... and so glad I was! This Italian spot in Jackson Hole is super popular, so I made our reservation three weeks early. The only option left was the bar, but when I called the day we arrived, Bernadette was so kind and helped us switch to a table since we had our teen daughter. We waited about 15 minutes since it was a busy Saturday, but it was worth it! Our waitress, Solemei, was wonderful , she gave great recommendations, and everything was delicious. The spicy vodka pasta was amazing, and the Caesar salad was crisp and flavorful. The Lark's Meadow Raclette (focaccia with pancetta & leeks) was such a hit! My husband loved his Bison Teres Major, cooked perfectly and paired with cherries and arugula, and our teen's Spaghetti with leeks, mushrooms, mascarpone, and a poached egg was unique and tasty. I also had the espresso martini ...it was okay, but the food was definitely the highlight! Solemei even surprised my husband with a scoop of ice cream and a birthday candle ... such a sweet touch & small gestures like this makes a big difference when dining! Highly recommend Glorietta's ... amazing food, warm service, and totally worth the hype!

We spent the…read moreprior many nights at all the "best" restaurants in town - Wild Sage, Snake River Grill, Glorietta, White Buffalo Club - Gather beat them all out without question. While the previous restaurants mentioned are a bit more upscale, Gather is on the more casual side. It's located right at the base of Snow King mountain so you can look out at the mountain. Most of all - the food here was amazing. We are from NYC and are self proclaimed "foodies" - so we don't say it lightly when we say that the chef/menu here was super eclectic in the best way possible. He infused flavors from all different cuisines from Mediterranean to Korean -- without anything feeling overpoweringly ethnic. The pork buns were a 10 - unlike most restaurants that use a chunk of pork belly, it seemed like they cubed pork from the rib and it tasted more like eating a delicious spare rib from a Chinese restaurant - without the fat you often get in a traditional pork belly bun. The Fresno peppers accented the sweetness of the buns brilliantly. For entree my wife had the elk bolognese which was superb. The papardelle had a perfect chew (maybe made in house?) and the meat / sauce itself was wonderful. The real showstopper here though was the pork ribeye. I've had plenty of good pork chops but this was something completely different. This cut and its preparation was unbelievably tender and juicy - it melts in your mouth like a piece of wagyu steak. I truly did not think you could achieve this level of tenderness from a pork. The flavors around it were incredible and it was genuinely one of the best dishes I've ever had - anywhere - period. Kudos to the chef for this masterful creation. If you even marginally like pork - please do yourself a favor and get this!! Lastly - shout out to ELLA, our server, who was kind and warm and honest and attentive throughout the whole meal. One of the best servers we had on our entire trip - she was amazing! Overall - a true 5 stars here - no questions asked!!

The dish came out slightly warm, not hot. So it must have been sitting out for a while before being served. The elk was the most underwhelming part. The meat tasted like ground beef, but bigger chunks. The pasta was cooked well, but I would not order this dish again. The best part of the meal and experience was the pork baos. Tasty and delicious. Overall, this meal was just average.

The good: -Prickly pear mocktail - wowed by this -NY strip - extremely flavorful and we love that they let us sub the panzanella with the fingerling potatoes -Chopped salad - always a lovely surprise when a salad is this good and not an afterthought -Pot de creme - mmmm perfect -Whipped ricotta - might be my favorite I've ever had, totally demolished this The mediocre: -Meatball - I imagine because these are so popular that they have a lot of them prepped and waiting... because both nights when we ordered this, the cheese was one solid yellowish piece over the top. You know that look that melted mozzarella gets when it's been sitting a while? Like that. The meatball itself was fairly good, red sauce was meh. -Pappardelle with pork and beef bolognese - unimpressed with the flavor of the meat or sauce and it was served barely lukewarm The bad: -Lemon chicken was overcooked - blackened and dry. Left on a few minutes too long for sure. I've spatchcocked chicken and cooked it perfectly like this dozens of times, and can only assume this one dried out because it was absolutely tiny. Like Cornish game hen size. And no lemon flavor, unless you count squeezing lemon on it yourself. But that is not lemon chicken. -Rigatoni with burrata and basil - we added Italian sausage to this and I am not sure what they put in there but it was sliced smoked sausage of some kind that was NOT good. But worse, it was cold. Everything in the bowl was lukewarm to cold which I almost tolerated because I was hungry, but I drew the line when I bit into a piece of sausage that felt like it just came out of the refrigerator. When we told the server, he said he would get us new ones, which he did, but those came out with burrata in cups on the side. Was this supposed to be a jab at me saying it was cold? Like they thought the burrata was what made it cold so they put it on the side? Regardless, it totally sucked trying to mix pieces of it back into the pasta - which was STILL lukewarm. It was like mixing in cheese curds. Terrible. And bottom line? The pasta and vodka sauce were not even close to good enough to justify this frustration. -The service - first night was nice, he was warm and fairly attentive, and offered us split bowls of pasta since he knew we were sharing. Second night was awful. It took 15 minutes to get water and order apps and another 5 to get bread. We said we were sharing the pasta and the chicken but not only did they not split it for us, it took two extra requests to get an extra bowl and large spoon to split the pasta and then an extra plate and knife to split the chicken. And those were all from flagging down the runner because our server was a ghost. Didn't introduce himself, took our order, and we basically never saw him again. Overall, a mixed bag. I might come here again out of convenience (i.e., while staying at Teton Mountain Lodge next door). But I will adjust my expectations accordingly.
