Amazing and knowledgeable waitress, and the best spaghetti I've ever had in my life. Trust, get the spaghetti. The caesar salad was really good too.

Nice local restaurant with good food options. Came with a reservation during the weekend, which is recommended. Weekdays, you may be able to walk in without a reservation. Service was friendly and timely. It does get cold inside the main dining area as people come in and open the door to the blistery cold. Owner or manager spoke/greeted the two tables next to me and skipped right over me. 1. Spaghetti - Creamy, delicious, mushroomy. Not tomato sauce based. Egg yolk puts a nice touch to it. 2. Eggplant Caponata - Delicious! Has your tomato hit. Olives, pine nuts add a great touch to it. 3. Tiramisu - 3/5. Cream heavy. No alcohol. Not as moist as others. Overall, a good restaurant with delicious pasta options with a few drawbacks above.

Yum yum yum! I have nothing but positive things to say abot Glorietta! To start off, I am a sucker for a matchbook and they had some so that did get me instantly excited for our meal! We made a Saturday night reservation and it was a spectacular evening. Our waitress was just nicest person ever and the atmosphere of this restaurant was beautiful. The candlelight was perfect. We all got some drinks to start of which they had a fantastic selection to pick from. We got some appetizer to start including the himachi, the burrata and the olives. The himachi was delicious and so was the burrata but I have to admit my favorite were the olives. I love olives but they had such a great selection and super delicious. For my entree, I shared the cassarecci and the fussili both of which were amazing. The sauces on both of these were so well done and I loved the slight spice on the fussilli and not to mention there were generous portions! Of course we had to get some dessert so we had the panna cotta, the gelato and the tiramisu. The strong coffee flavor of the gelato was to die for and the panna cotta was just a perfect balance with the sweet cream but the tiramisu was the icing on the cake for me. Overall, a delicious meal and a great stop for a classy dinner in Jackson!

Lovely upscale Italian restaurant tucked away behind the Anvil hotel. Once you're inside you almost forget where you are. I could have easily walked out and thought I was in the city, it felt so authentic inside. Wonderful attentive service and loud, lively atmosphere. Dishes were delicious The Caesar is large enough for 4 or more! The papardelle was ok, I'd skip and choose a different pasta next time. It was a little lackluster. Winter greens were topped with crispy breadcrumbs and beautifully seasoned, one of my favorite bites. Finished with tiramisu and affogato, which were both good as well. Overall a wonderful meal in a nice dim lit setting that could easily feel like nyc or Nashville and then you pop out to the icy cold mountains in the background-pretty excellent find here in Jackson Hole! One note, I came in for my birthday and that was missed. Just little things I notice when I make reservations.

Had a wonderful dinner at Glorietta's! Totally influenced by TikTok ... and so glad I was! This Italian spot in Jackson Hole is super popular, so I made our reservation three weeks early. The only option left was the bar, but when I called the day we arrived, Bernadette was so kind and helped us switch to a table since we had our teen daughter. We waited about 15 minutes since it was a busy Saturday, but it was worth it! Our waitress, Solemei, was wonderful , she gave great recommendations, and everything was delicious. The spicy vodka pasta was amazing, and the Caesar salad was crisp and flavorful. The Lark's Meadow Raclette (focaccia with pancetta & leeks) was such a hit! My husband loved his Bison Teres Major, cooked perfectly and paired with cherries and arugula, and our teen's Spaghetti with leeks, mushrooms, mascarpone, and a poached egg was unique and tasty. I also had the espresso martini ...it was okay, but the food was definitely the highlight! Solemei even surprised my husband with a scoop of ice cream and a birthday candle ... such a sweet touch & small gestures like this makes a big difference when dining! Highly recommend Glorietta's ... amazing food, warm service, and totally worth the hype!

Another great Italian restaurant that TikTok recommended. Our server was helpful. The cocktails delicious and the dinner was very good. Its a casual open restaurant with outdoor seating.

So, this restaurant was one of the ones that stuck out to us when we were trying to find a cute NYE dinner spot while visiting Jackson Hole. I deducted a star because the prices were equivalent to Italian restaurants in New York so on the very pricey side. Food was pretty good but I wouldn't say it was the best Italian restaurant I've been to. When we arrived, we were given an option to either wait 45 min or be seated at the bar. It was a very cold December night so we elected to sit at the bar. Thankfully, the bartender was very nice and not in our faces the entire time so we were able to enjoy our meal. Everyone and their mom's were ordering espresso martinis so we joined the bandwagon and did the same. The most shocking part was that it was $19 for 1! Which means we spent $40 on two drinks when we could've easily spent it on the food. (Hence the NYC prices). The food was pretty good, though. We got the burrata which was SO yummy but you can't really go wrong with burrata. We got the fusilli gigante which was very good, it came with a spicy vodka sauce. Also ordered the spaghetti which was actually not a red sauce and it was good, as well. Overall, we appreciated that they were heavy on the pasta sauces and the portion sizes were decent. I would recommend this for a nice date spot but I just wish their prices were significantly lower. Make sure you make a reservation in advance.

My daughter and I had a lovely dinner at Glorietta recently. We started with the Crostini appetizer, along with a bottle of wine. We loved the ricotta & truffle honey that were covering the crisp crostini. For our entrees, I chose the pappardelle, which has a white wine & lemon sauce. My daughter had the fusilli, which she loved. She's a big fan of vodka sauces & said this one was amazing. All in all, a great experience!

We were fortunate enough to get a reservation tonight at Glorietta Trattoria tonight. What an amazing experience. The food was stunning and cooked to perfection. Our server,Annabelle, was attentive and made the overall experience superb. This is one of the best dining experiences we've had in Jackson. The menu is incredible and well designed. There is attention to detail at every level. As one who spent years in the food services industry, I can appreciate the little things that amazing chefs and staff do to make the experience special.

We had a fantastic meal at Glorietta! The ambiance was lovely, very high class and cozy. The service was friendly, with every recommendation our waitress giving us being spot on and delicious. She was very competent at explaining the food and answering any questions we had. For appetizers we ordered the crostini and bone marrow. The crostini was a perfect blend of textures with a delicious flavoring. The bone marrow was also very good, providing some great flavor to the bread that came with it. We also got an off-menu mocktail they recommended, some smoky and pineapple and sweet, absolutely delicious. For mains we had the bison, fusilli, and braised greens. All were great. The fusilli had a unique sour taste at the beginning and a pleasant amount of spice. The bison was good, a bit sweeter than standard beef. And the braised greens were a tasty way to add some veggies to the meal. We had the chocolate budino and panna cotta for dessert. The panna cotta was a bit too gelatinous for our tastes. The budino was a wonderful chocolate mousse - I might recommend coming here just for the chocolate dessert. Overall, a fantastic meal. I would definitely recommend and come again!

Our favorite dining experience so far in JH. Totally worth every penny. Food was full of flavor, the waiter a sweetheart and professional, love the vibe, good wine and very clean. Kind of hard to get parking though as it's off street. Highly recommend!

It seems like every restaurant in Jackson has super snooty servers... we have had bad experiences after bad experiences in this town. But not here! Glorietta Trattoria has amazing food and a wonderful staff to match! Our waitress was so kind and helpful. We had a few appetizers and salads to start and enjoyed 3 pasta dishes. All food was fantastic. The pasta was so delicious and the different options made for a fun tasting menu. The truffle pasta was a bit expensive... but when in Rome (or Jackson)

This bar is legendary and a staple in Wyoming. The Silver Dollar Bar was country prior to instagram and everyone wearing jeans and boots pretending they lived and worked on a ranch. The decor is nice working ranchers. Boots are working clothes, not a fashion statement. We sat at a window table to enjoy the sun on a blustery, snow showery and passing sun day. Watching tourists here is a kick in the pants as they are glued to catching moments of "living western" on their phones. The three elk smashed sliders with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese were accompanied with PERFECT, CRUNCHY, PIPING HOT RINGS. As an aside, an additional order on rings were added because once in a while you must indulge. The sliders were fine and dense but that is elk. The rings were EPIC! Today was about simple food amongst the locals. We were able to ignore the 8 bachelorettes from back east documenting every drink at the bar. This place is attached to the Virginian Lodge complex which is a pretty cool place to stay overall. There's a little gift shop, a burger joint, the saloon, a pool, hot tub, all sorts of little amenities. So this saloon is one part of this whole lodge experience. Immediately, we liked the laid back ambiance with lots of sofas and comfie chairs to hang out with a small group of people. We sat at the bar. For us, the vibe and casual, kickback ambiance was a five star for what we were looking for (which was that). We ordered two appetizers which were maybe about average: the hatch pepper queso was not as good as the Pace queso from the jar that we had just had a week prior. The chicken tenders were typical bar tenders, nothing special. Basic fries. So the food was struggling to score a three star. The thing about the service was that it could have been much better but because of the early hour we seemed to be sort of the warm up customers. One bartender was in training so while he greeted us he was promptly dismissed by the main bartender who alternated between being the best and the worst bartender you might have. When you're two of three people at the bar and there's only five people in the whole place you might expect to get more conversation from the barkeep since we were out of towners and looking forward to hearing about the local scene. Nope. I guess you could say it was mainly our high expectation of having a friendly bartender but ended up feeling sort of like a bar seat. This was at a very low ebb in the season as well as the day so I can't imagine that the experience would improve with more people. As with all things, it's all about expectation. If you don't expect a great bartender, and don't expect great food you might come away pleased with the venue. But no dark on tap so don't expect that either.

There wasn't a hostess when we walked in, but he noticed us and got us seated. We also ate at the bar another night and noticed how much he genuinely goes out of his way for everyone. Even if he's not your server, he makes sure you're taken care of. He handles negative situations really well too, even when things like food delays aren't his fault. The so called General Tso steak sauce was like a thimbleful smear and completely irrelevant. BBQ Ramen seasoning? Not even enough to get a taste profile of it. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.
