I have to agree with other reviewers mentioning how awful the installation process went. What really buttered my biscuit was them telling me my 220v outlet was not working....so, I hired an electrician to come out to fix an outlet that turns out was working perfectly.....($189.95) minimum house call charge. Also they had issue with the drainage for my dishwasher.....had a plumber come out to tell me they only needed a $2.75 PCV flange to get past their installation Issue. This is not the experience I expected and apparently purchasing a Heavy Duty Washer and Dryer, a Refrigerator, a Dishwasher and an Induction Stove ( which came out to more than a couple bucks) all at the same time does not warrant sending out installation people with more than one installation under their belts. We were able to walk around and get ideas. They have a good selection of lamps to look at. It can kind of be overwhelming. We found a lamp we both liked. We were helped by David. David was able to help us find the same lamp but mounted directly to the ceiling. We decided to purchase the lamp. They do have a couponing the Clipper Magazine. We did not have the coupon but David said he would apply it to our purchase. I was assuming that we would need to order the lamp and it would be in the store to pick up in a few weeks. THEY HAD IT INN STOCK. We walked out with the lamp. Very happy customers. We also asked them about a reading lamp. They did not have what we were looking for but they offered to keep an eye out for what we needed. Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The first is simple and contemporary, the second involved an intricate pattern of colorful tiles forming wall-size images. Sara worked with us on the design, asking many questions to understand our aesthetic aims and practical needs, and offering a variety of options for us to choose among to achieve our goals. She also provided a variety of very effective ideas and solutions, considering the physical constraints of the (relatively small) spaces, to ensure the best use of spaces and to create a very open feel in both bathrooms, all in a cost-effective manner. The actual construction was done in an extremely professional manner by workers who were not only highly-skilled but also friendly, considerate of our needs, and responsive to our questions and concerns as the projects progressed. Particularly impressive, amazing really, was the tile work performed by Cliff. The colorful bathroom involved laying more than 1,000 tiles, and cutting more than 100 tiles to create the intricate design. It also involved the fitting of the many tiles to very close tolerance specifications. Cliff was both masterful and highly conscientious in completing this tile work. The result is stunning. In addition, along the way in both bathrooms, specific questions arose about alternative approaches to implementing features of the design. Cliff identified and raised these questions for us to think about, and he offered aesthetically pleasing solutions. In short, Cliff's work was thoughtful, technically masterful, and informed by his strong sense of aesthetic beauty. We are most impressed by Kitchen and Bath World for their general approach, their implementation, and the final product in renovating both bathrooms. Kitchen and Bath World has our highest recommendation.

When I called to talk to the owner - the blame was placed on me for not using another bathroom and not being there when the measurements were taken!! ( which the template gentleman told us we did not have to be present for)! This is the problem w businesses today ! No courtesy or responsibility! Never again!
