I was given a ETA time of 8:10-8:40, I was contacted by a completely different number from same company around 9:07 and they said they had just received my claim and was dispatched out. my car did not get picked up until 9:20. i waited for four hours at that point and was not even offered a partial refund or anything for this extreme inconvenience. the woman who did reach out and explain was at least nice and understanding. i would like to add make sure everything is taken out of your car because I had a pair of beats stolen :)

We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained our options clearly, and reassured us that he would take care of it. Instead of leaving us stranded, he went above and beyond. Craig was the first number I found after my in laws and husband had called a couple places that had said they were already closing (Friday at 5) Craig, Hayden and Buddy worked their tales off fixing the tire that had 5 broken lug nuts (only 1 holding the tire on) they also had to replace an upper ball joint that was totally not attached. They did all of this in a parking space and didn't stop until it was safe and done correctly. They never complained once about the time even though it was a job that as soon as you touched one thing, another was wrong. I highly recommend Johnson's good people and they really know their stuff!

When the guy arrived he looked at my car and said,oh it's going to rub putting it on the trailer and taking it off. I told him then you're not the guy I asked for I asked for someone experienced in low profile vehicles and if you tell me it's going to scrape then evidently you're inexperienced on hauling it. So that's ok,I will call the company and request for someone whose experienced. He started hollering at me saying anyone can see it's too low.I said it was never a problem the times I've had it towed before so you need to leave.He started hollering again saying if I don't what are you going to do? I told him you are being recorded by my home cameras. To sum it all up he was very rude and obnoxious when I declined his service. Well my car was towed with another company and there was no problem being put on a flatbed,and towed. I called the company (Hatch) back and filed a complaint but judging by the lack of concern she showed on the phone I doubt if there was anything done about his behavior. Don't know anything about the company but I'm pretty sure it's a good company and I know everyone's not experienced in hauling low profile vehicles but this young man not get so upset if he can't do the job,and the company should've sent a more experienced driver.
