Unfortunately, that was not the case here. This appraiser was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to answer any questions--general or otherwise. While I understand there are limitations on what an appraiser is allowed to discuss, there was zero effort to explain the process, methodology, or next steps. Every question was shut down abruptly with no attempt at professionalism or customer service. The experience felt transactional and disrespectful, especially considering the importance of an appraisal in a mortgage process.

We found reaa online and saw all the good reviews here on yelp and made the decision to hire them. My first phone call went to voicemail but I was contacted back within the hour by Rob. He set us an appointment with Dale for a time that worked with our schedules. Dale arrived on time and was very pleasant. The appointment did not take long and we had a report in the next few days. Although the value came out much higher than we could afford to offer, we were very happy with the speed and ease of the service. When we decide to buy a home we will definitely call Rob and his team.

He shows up in flip flops to your home and has a horrible attitude is very rude. He says he is going to turn the appraisal in on a certain day and does not do so. I had spoken with my lender on Friday, we did not hear anything from him or get the appraisal i told her that if I did not hear back and she did not get anything by noon today (monday) i will call and check on things. I called him today to check on my appraisal (which by law I have the right to call and check on the process). This guy gets rude and ugly with me, says I called him 8 times, and i have NEVER called him at all since he left my home the early part of last week, I was just calling to check on the process of my appraisal, and received nothing but rudeness, I called him out on the comment of him saying I called him 8 times (and even if someone did call him 8 times, they have that right) and being rude to me, he then hangs up the phone on me. If he is swapped with business and needs additional time he needs to comunicate this with his clients so they can prepare for this and make other arrangements or deadlines for reasons why they may be getting the appraisal, responding like a jerk to someone is not okay or acceptable, and is not good business practice. DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL!!!!!
