5 stars for Maryanne Moyer. 0 stars for the office, system, and all other employees. Maryanne, please please go work for a different company. Maryanne is my favorite doctor I have ever seen but the people working in the office are so incompetent I will be finding a new doctor. I have been going here for about 5 years and can't think of one time getting refills on my long term medications went smoothly. If they do happen to send them, they have sent them to the wrong pharmacy EVERY TIME for 5 years. They try and make me go in for a visit whenever I need refills after promising me every time I only need a visit once a year (they should care about patient health more than money but it is clear money is the main focus here) and refuse to tell me how much a cash pay visit costs until I arrive for the appointment. You should tell patients how much to expect to pay for services before scheduling an appointment. Another thing that shows they only care about money. They also switched systems and say they have no record of me and I yet again need to pay to come in. LOL patient records are important and you should have them. It's scary that you don't. I will not give any more money to this place that refuses to help. There have also been several times I sent emails and got no response. This place is a mess and I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. The little time you get with the doctor does not make up for all the stress, money, and hours you have to spend on the phone to get what you need. Another issue recently is that the office called my phone and left a voicemail providing information about my brothers health. My phone number is not on my brothers account at all. I didn't even know he was a patient there or that he had health issues. If you want your personal health information to be protected as it should be according to HIPAA, please don't go here. read more

We absolutely love Dr. Scott Hatfield. He has been our doctor for almost 14 years. He is always available and always so positive and upbeat. When I was battling cancer he would squeeze me in anytime something came up and always makes sure I'm doing ok. I also have chronic pain issues and while he is very conservative with what he will prescribe he is always good about making good quality referrals. I know if Dr. Scott is sending me to someone I can eexpect from them the same quality care I get from Dr. Scott. My son is 15 and doesnt really have a male he can ask "those" questions to but Dr. Scott always makes him feel safe and comfortable enough to ask him anything. I would and have recommended Dr. Hatfield to anyone looking for a family physician. The entire group will take great care of you and your kiddos. read more

It's easy to give 5 stars to Dr. Hatfield. The staff is cheerful and efficient. There is seldom more than 5 min. wait time. My chronic care coordinator, Kaitlyn, makes sure I have appointments, rx refills, referrals to specialists, and even my blood tests (They have a phlebotomist right there!). I am so pleased with Dr. H: I have several chronic issues and it's important to have a doctor that actually listens, and he DOES. He explains things really well and answers all my questions,too. In the year that I have been under his care, I am steadily regaining strength, stamina, energy, and my cheerful self. This is a great doctor with a fabulous staff. I had to switch my family practioner after 9 years, because the no longer toke my health insurance. I was also in the middle of trying to figure out some medical issues, that affect my daily quality of life. Dr. Hatfield and his entire staff, picked right up on my continued care. I felt so welcomed on my first visit and truely felt cared for. Ironically, I don't even miss my original family practioner I was with for 9 years before... Because I feel I am in better hands now, with Dr. Hatfield and his staff. This is my 1st time ever leaving a review but, I feel if someone is looking for a good doctor, he definitely fills those shoes. read more

Scott Hatfield has been my primary care doctor for the past 12 years, I made the right decision when I choose DR.Hatfield . 1.He always makes time visit directly with me one on one. 2. He tells me when I need to make changes in diet or exercise. 3. On more than one occasion he helped me find a special for a specific issue.4. Scott as well as his PA provided critical support following major surgery & radiation therapy. 5. November 2019 Dr Scott Hatfield is a great PCP. He's very caring and genuinely takes interest his patients and their medical needs. My experience with the Hatfield Medical Group has always been excellent. If a problem presented itself, the office staff were quick to address it and get it resolved. I've been going to Hatfield Medical for about a year, and I couldn't be ore happy. I go to the office in Gilbert even though I live in Chandler, but the drive is worth it because I've never to a clinic that is so attentive. When I need a referral I just call and have it processed quickly, when my pharmacy calls for a prescription renewal, they respond immediately. Also, when I have tests of any sort, they are on the phone with the results fast. I would highly recommend Dr Scott Hatfield and Paul Schmidt, PA for their service and caring attitudes. Nicest people and the best doctors office ever! i've Been going here for quite awhile now I just love Mary Ann she's great and very smart and I feel I can relate. The great and efficient MA's are so nice and make you feel at ease. The lab tech on the staff makes it nice if you can get in while you're there for example: rechecking thyroid blood workup She's very busy you guys could prob have 2 lab techs or at least one when she's at lunch. It was my first appointment with them as I was switching my pcp over to Hatfield. I had filled out the new patient info packet to save time. I went to check in, and there was an issue with my insurance and switching doctors. Jenny, the receptionist was so helpful and understanding, and was able to take the phone call over and get things done so I can see the doctor and get my prescriptions filled that were needed. I have been going to Hatfield Medical Group for a few years now and they always been pleasant and helpful. I love that they have an in-house lab. Very convenient! Dr Scott Hatfield is great! He listens to my concerns and is empathetic. The rest of the staff is wonderful too. My 77 year old mom just came from Georgia to live me so I referred her to this office. They took her in as a new patient and took good care of her. They are flexible when you need special care, like when I get sick and need to be seen right away. read more

Scott Hatfield has been my Doctor for a very long time I have even changed my Medical Insurance in order to keep my Doctor & his Staff. I took my Wheel chair bound mother in law for a follow up visit with Maryann Moyer and her assistant. They informed me that my Moms yearly Medicare exam was due on her next visit but knowing how difficult it would be to bring her back and I take off work they worked her into the schedule. Sonoran labs is on location so blood work was taken as well. Maryann even took the time to look up information to help with moms long term care. So appreciative of this office and the extra help they gave us yesterday. read more

I've been a patient at this practice for 5 years and have always received excellent care. My primary is Dr. Griner and I also see NP Deborah Robertson. I'm always seen fairly promptly of my appointed time, never feel rushed. My conerns are understood and addressed. The practice works well with my insurance, billing and prescriptions. Another benefit of this office location is that Sonora Quest has a lab tech there which makes it convenient. My husband is also a patient at this practice. read more

I have been going to Hatfield Medical for many years at the Gilbert and Red Mountain offices. The staff is so friendly and make you feel comfortable going to a doctor's office. Doctor's and assistants have been great. I have one doctor not fond of but I have not seen him the past couple of times. He does not listen and makes you feel rushed. I went to the Medical Group for a follow up after a short hospital stay. I was given an appointment with PA Scarlett White. She was very thorough and asked questions to ensure she understood what had occurred. I was impressed with her knowledge, her professionalism, her bedside manner. I will ask specifically for her if possible for all my visits and would recommend others to her specifically. I have tests ordered and a follow up scheduled. Very positive appointment. read more

I love Dr. Scott Hatfield and all of the office team members who support the practice. Each time I go there I feel like I'm being listened to and cared for, from the front desk to the medical assistant, and of course Dr. Hatfield himself. Even the phlebotomist who did the blood draw was extremely compassionate and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. They just have a knack for putting you at ease and making you feel welcome. I have been going to Hatfield Family Medical Group for years now. The doctors, PA's and staff have been excellent to me. The staff is wonderful! They are friendly and always return calls to let me know about my lab results. When I need a referral to a specialist I usually get them in 3 to 5 days. So far, those have been really good too.
