The Falcon Walmart Auto Center was closed, so I had them mounted at another store. I heard rubbing in the wheel wells and called Walmart.com, who directed me to Goodyear, who conversely indicated it was Walmart's issue. But the Goodyear rep called my local Walmart, who amazingly agreed to replace the tires and mount the new ones. Part of the mistake of course was my not checking the tire size when they arrived. Understand this excellent rating is not so much for Walmart.com, but for the Falcon WM Auto Center who went above and beyond to make the situation right, and for Goodyear, who intervened on my behalf. But these guys truly set the example for honesty, worksmanship and looking out for the customer. When Jeff spends hours on the phone cross-referencing part numbers that are otherwise impossible to find, and not show a sign of frustration, that's commendable. He made sure the issue my Mazda was having wasn't a worksmanship issue on their part and then ran the correct part down after an unnamed auto parts store sold me the wrong part (for the second time). They won't make things up and charge you for work they didn't perform, instead they fix the issue! "I can't" is not in their vocabulary and they took care it.
