They told me that they would update me on an ETA on certain days and they never followed through. Again, I had to call them to find out. There were whitish colored scratches in 5 different places. The clear coat was dripping and warped looking. We brought it back to be fixed since the door looked worse after the initial 'fix'. All they did was fill in one of the chips with a marker. The marker easily rubbed off and there were still scratches all over the door. The car also had buffing compound sprinkled on the outside of the car and sprayed inside the door. Don't know what happened here. If I was the shop owner no way would I want that given back to the customer looking like that. We had to bring it to another shop to have it fixed properly.

Not a month passed by and I returned to have a scratched looked at on my rear hatch. They said they could buff it out and proceeded to take my keys and work on it immediately.
