We strive to provide a worry free customer experience for all our customers. I hear what you are saying but I'm afraid there isn't much that we can do on our end. Our wash did nothing wrong. It was not our machines fault for the damage that occurred to the spoiler. With it coming off in the blowers that could have occurred at any car wash in town or even on the freeway. I could not find anything on Yelp, Trip Advisor or Google when I looked after the fact. He did a good enough job although I can't claim the price was a value at $325.00, like his other reviews mention. But I honestly have not compared it with other dealers. My gripe is that initially he indicates that he would prefer to be paid in cash. When it comes down to actually paying the bill, it turns out that he won't accept debit or credit cards at all and essentially holds your vehicle hostage until you have the amount in cash. There is no work order, no invoice, no receipt or paper work of any kind. No paper trail. Of interest is that when I left a review similar to this one on his web site, it was gone within 24 hours. Dishonest much? We won't be going back.

I actually wonder why the technology hasn't improved over the years. Seems simple enough that if something doesn't work well, you tweak it and make it better. At least most industries do. Not the automatic car wash industry evidently because we'll just keep coming by spending our money for an almost clean ride. Splash Express is by far the worst automatic car wash that I've used in several years though. The staff is friendly enough but the actual wash tunnel does not even begin to come close to cleaning your car. There were at least 3 or 4 of the brushes that didn't even touch my car on the right side. I'm used to a little dirt left over on my side mirrors and maybe a little dead center on the back of the car but this was terrible. I had leftover dirt on almost every panel and I say almost because I think that the roof was actually clean. I even ponied up the $20 for their best offered wash and this is what I get for my money? No thank you! They do offer free vacuums after your wash but they might want to stop that because it gives the customer time to see how dirty their car still is. I can't even say that if I had gone through multiple times that it would get any better. Do yourself a favor and wash your car at home. The investment is much lower and the job should get done right.

Our Audis have always been tended by our local dealer and when they abandoned our town, we have had to go to Tri-Cities. We are now sold on staying local again and both our Audis will be trusted to AutoMetrics. Why? It did not take long to get scheduled and they accepted the car early since we were depending on a tow for transport. Communication was outstanding. On the day of Crystal's appointment, we learned right away what the problem was and given the good news that the part and labor wouldn't break the bank. The next day the call came that the repair was complete and the car ready for pick up. Tow-off to pick up was 3 days. This business was easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, well equipped, and well staffed.

Based on the reviews of AutoMetrics, it seemed that it might be a good fit. A good fit is an understatement! I took our car in this morning for an oil change as well as asking them to check out a possible suspension issue in the front end. Terry and Valentine were both personable and knowledgeable, both taking the time to discuss the suspension issue. Everyone in the shop was friendly and very professional. The shop was one of the cleanest and well organized I've ever seen. Our previous shop in Portland was the exact opposite. Erik went for a test ride with me to assess the suspension issue and immediately had some ideas on what the problem might be. Voila! The oil got changed and the suspension issue turned out to be nothing. Prices were incredibly reasonable and I left with a feeling of confidence knowing our car had been expertly tended to. And to top things off, when I went out to get in my car, I discovered they had washed it! We will definitely go back! Amazing!
