I cancelled a vehicle from my insurance policy on 2-06-25 with employee Jazmine (daughter got married) and they are still charging me? Called on 02-27-25 spoke with Jazmine again to let her know the car is still not removed AND I took my other vehicles to Progressive Direct because of this situation (Saved 200 bucks too). So now I had all 3 of them cancelled. Well today I noticed they still charged my card on 03-01-25 for the first cancelled car! Had to call again, spoke with Jazmine and had to ask for a higher up and supervisor was no help. Supervisor also verified that they have no way to keep track if the insurance is actually cancelled. What kind of professionals are working there? I do not recommend State Farm.

I explained I am no longer in the United States and that a refund to my credit card would be the easiest way to refund my money. I was told they can't do that. Now I am having a check sent to a place where I am not going to be. How can a payment be taken by credit card but a refund can not be sent my credit card? The client has to do all the work with this office and then are rejected by not having alternative ways to refund payments.

The reason I even went there in the first place was lack of response to e-mails and failure to call back when they promised. First, this may be "Scott Cameron's" but he never deals directly with his customers. On my way out I tried to enter his luxurious office and the receptionist had a fit (he wasn't even in there)! The young woman who I dealt with was rude and refused to provide me with any answers. The answer I received was obviously biased by what he was told by the same staff who treated me like I was a child. Perhaps if the owner ever bothered to communicate with his customers directly he would get a more balanced view. As for so-called honest responses, "That's how it is jn Florida" does NOT explain why his staff provided me with an initial quote which was increased twice in the next few weeks by hundreds of dollars due to my car no longer being safe by State Farm standards - the same car State Farm has insured for 10 years and has every safety option on it that my two year old Infiniti has which cost almost a thousand less per year!!

I just moved to the Leesburg area from out of state and needed to file my 2025 taxes. I asked a…read morefamily member who lives in the area and they recommended Tom's Tax service. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was the girl who was assisting me was very nice, she needed some assistance from her coworker to complete my filing since she was not familiar with my out of state forms, understandable. After all was completed she had me sign all required forms and told me it would be two to three weeks for my return to post to my account. Fast forward twenty four days later and my return still has not posted to my account. I logged into the IRS website and it showed that they had not received my filing yet. I immediately called Tom's and told them that the IRS did not receive my filing, the girl who answered the phone pulled up my file and said "Oh, we need one more signature from you and we called you about it". I told her I never received a call about needing another signature, I even went into my call log to confirm. She could not tell me who called or when they called. She said I would have to come back in to sign the document that they missed. When I went back into the office to sign I asked her again who called me and when and she said she did not have that information and that if she wanted me to escalate it to Tom that he would not get back to me until after April 15th, this was on March 16th. She handed me the page to sign, no sorry for the inconvenience, no sorry for the delay,no sorry you had to come back in,nothing. I understand tax season is a stressful time for this business but you can show a little compassion to your customers.
