I had a new couch delivered today and needed a couch, recliner, and heavy oak desk hauled away. We could have rented a Uhaul but it would have been weeks for us to be find the time to do it ourselves. Messaged Lance and he responded within minutes. I run a small business in Livermore and needed some large items removed as soon as possible from the warehouse. I turned to yelp and found a 5 star independently ran owner operated business. On top of that it said that this business was able to be contacted 24 hours a day which for anyone that operates a business knows the crazy odd hours we work. All of these things combined I texted "Haul it All" at 11:40PM on a Thursday asking for a quote to remove items and sent pictures within less then 1 minute I received a response with a price quoting me for services along with a time less then 24hours from initial contact. I was contacted 2 hours before arrival and had my items removed within 15 minutes in total even with paying and having a small conversation with the owner. I highly recommend this business for all your removal needs of old items or recyclables. I had called Haul it All for quote to remove a large wooden 3 layer storage that was 12 x 2 x 8 which came with the house when I moved into my new house. It is made by original owners and I didn't feel right to keep it in the garage cause I am not sure how long it has been there. Plus it gathers layers and layers of dust because it is just sitting in the garage...Worst thing was I saw some rat poop around it.. so I am seriously in need of getting rid of it... and not wanting around my house. I decided to find someone to do the job for me vs I try to manage to break it down and what... Boy is that a relief! A few days off trying to clean things up and before you know it I have a huge pile of things on my curb that my neighbors are staring at. I'm exhausted..all I want to do is sleep. I'm short on money and time and even shorter on a list of who to call to pick it up. I looked through yelp and found one guy I felt comfortable with but upon calling he'd become so busy he limited his business to areas nearby his home....so ......I tried again and found Lance from Haul It All because my gut told me he'd be a good choice and I'm so happy I did! I phoned him early afternoon and after hearing it was my last day off he told me he'd be here between 6 and 7pm so I didn't have to have my pile sit there another week. At 6pm I was sweeping my driveway and looked up to see him coming down the street....wait for it!......! OnTime! He had a commercial truck with a lift that made it easy to remove the heavier items and at the end, bent over to pick up the small remnants in the street of the lawn chairs that had desentigrated in my garden shed. AND......he was so reasonable priced..actually inexpensive! I also loved that he's local with a family. He infused the desire to maintain his integrity and reputation in that short visit to represent his family well. I was really impressed. I'm sure we're all looking for reasonable prices that we're not walking away saying to ourselves, "yea...it was pricey but I had to get it done", but if it's also important to you like the person who's coming to your home and you trust him to do what he said he's going to do without excuses...then Lance and Haul It All is your guy.
