They arrived with a truck ready to haul it on the spot, gave me a quote which was more than fair and took everything away that same day. The guys were professional and cleaned everything up nicely. I knew there would be issues when I received confirmation of our appointment with a later time, changed from what we were initially told. I made an appointment for car service after due to upcoming travel for work the next day. Lo and behold, they missed both timeframes. Their guy calls me after to say they were heading over, but I was already heading to my other appointment and told them not to bother. I have rented Two dumpsters from Junk King and have had poor experiences with both. One from a timing drop off perspective where they indicated morning drop off and after 2-3 calls finally get the dumpster dropped off in the afternoon. That said, they did not change the pick up time to accommodate the late drop off. Second time had the same experience, late drop off after numerous calls. In addition, the owner charged me an additional $150 without disclosing the reasons why. Krishna claimed my stuff was 4-5 feet over the top and they he had a hard time putting a tarp over the dumpster. Bother false as the items were max 2 feet over and the tarp was out on without issue. Questionable business practices without full disclosures. I would think twice with using them again!! read more

This business is very flexible with their scheduling. Upon arrival, they will give you a free quote on how much the service would cost and if it works out fine, they'll take your trash/recyclables on the spot. Chris and his colleague were very kind and efficient. I was stressing over the amount of junk we had generated over the past couple weeks after Christmas that it was piling up because our regular trash bin wouldn't do the job. Called Junk King a few days before to set up an appointment and its great to have had availability for a pick up today - on a Saturday no less. Quincy and Donzell were on time, friendly, moved very quickly and were very professional. They had masks on the whole time, which I appreciated. They didn't think to inform my wife that they damaged (beyond repair) three of the lights in our front yard. I was told to call Krishna Vepa to get a refund. A few hours before the day of the pick up, they called and canceled indicating an issue with their trucks and needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next day. The next day, about an hour before the rescheduled pick up slot, I received another message that they are cancelling AGAIN due to "technical difficulties" and closing down for the day. Unfortunately, I cannot go below one star. My experience with this company was terrible! I called yesterday to inquire about a dumpster for dirt removal from my property. I spoke with someone named Abdul and was told the container would be at my house by 8 am and that the full cost of the container would be $520. What Abdul neglected to tell me was the container could only be filled up 33% with dirt! He also did not tell me this was a 4-hour window so my crew is sitting here with nothing to do because they have no dumpster to throw the dirt in. Be careful with these guys. read more

They didn't show up until close to 1:30pm, after the driver called me at 1pm to ask if he could come in another hour and a half, which I declined. For whatever reason he also went to a different city than what I clearly gave as my address. I do not think what I paid was worth the minimal service or the customer service I received, and they will not offer any compensation for this. This company was hired by my neighbor to haul some junk away, instead of parking in their driveway to do the job they parked in my driveway. They start throwing stuff everywhere a chunk of concrete flies over the top of the truck hits my car I can see it on my security cameras and I can hear one of the workers telling the other guy "hey be careful" as he's walking over to pick up the pieces of concrete that hit my car in my driveway. Instead of knocking on my door and telling me we accidentally hit your car they pretend like it didn't happen. I call Krishna who says he's the owner and I try to explain to him what happened and he's acting as if I damaged his property, I would not do business with this company, there are plenty of other services out there to use that are most likely much more considerate of people's property. read more
