In my case I provided list of things to be removed as well as pictures with different angles to make sure that the quote was accurate. They are the only one came up with the flat fee, which I love. Reservation was quick and swift, they arrived on time and quickly removed all the junk I have. I don't even need to mention how friendly they are, and payment was as initially promised. This business responded quickly to provide a quote for my junk removal. Their pricing was very fair and similar to other similar businesses. They were able to complete my pickup within 48 hours of when I first reached out to them. It was extremely convenient to have them come to my home rather than try to haul away old furniture myself. I reached out via Yelp projects to get some quotes and Haul Yeah responded. Initial communication was spotty but ultimately we settled on a time and day to come by for an estimate. When the time came, no one showed. I messaged them and they messaged back 30 minutes after the scheduled time to say that "the dump was busy and they got backed up". They then responded offering to reschedule. We rescheduled for the same time the next day. Next day comes and 30 minutes before our scheduled time I get another message saying they're going to have to reschedule for the following week because "it's been a crazy week". As someone on the receiving end of this business, scheduling time and being available for it puts me out. Rescheduling puts me out. Just-in-time or even after-the-fact communication gives me no ability to adjust accordingly but rather eat the time that I had already gone out of my way to set aside. This business needs to improve their communication and get smarter about scheduling if they want to earn more business and stay afloat. I will not be doing business with Haul Yeah. read more
