Not once did he mention there would be an up-charge. We told him what a great job he had done (everything still wet) and before we arrived home he sent us an invoice with $100.00 up-charge for the interior. Why was this not mentioned when we were there? If we had known we could have decided on whether to have him continue to the exterior or do things that were missed on the interior or maybe even to finish.
