The service person let me know that it would be two hours and the lunch hour before the repairs would be completed. I was surprised when he came back in just under 2 hours and said that the mechanic waited to take their lunch until my car was completed. I was amazed and the price was less than I would expect to pay elsewhere. I have always taken my cars for service here over the past 4 plus years I have lived here even though t is not the closest Chevy/GM dealer to me. It is because of service like this that I will continue to bring my vehicles back her to be serviced and they will get a nod for our next auto purchase.

He originally took my call about the Honda I saw online, and when I asked if it had a clean title, he not only texted me the answer, but a picture of the report. I planned on coming in the next day, but due to a change in plans, I was able to come that same day. He answered every text and informed me that he would tell me if the car had been sold, so we wouldn't drive up to find out then. He also let me know the policy on used cars due to how quickly they're moving right now- something that the guy at the other dealership never cared to do. As you can tell by now, I had a bitter taste in my mouth from my previous experience and expected every salesman to be the same. Tim was not. He went above and beyond, and every single person that we encountered was extremely friendly and eager to help. Tim was finishing up with another customer, so another guy pulled the car around. I didn't catch his name, but he was extremely friendly! Once Tim finished up, we took a test drive and all talked on the ride. Not once did I feel pressured into buying. Tim was so personable and laid back, and I got really good vibes from the business and atmosphere which made me purchase me awesome new Honda that day! He was straight forward with pricing and negotiation and it was such a painless process. Matt, the finance guy, was also super friendly and made the paperwork a breeze. He was so welcoming and never pressured me to purchase anything additional. I really appreciate that! For the first time in two weeks following my accident, I finally felt content. I miss my old civic like crazy, but I am so happy with how my experience went that I know I made the best choice by purchasing my car from McElwain. My mother is a 68 year old retired RN who purchased a van from Haus Auto Group with the intention of traveling across the country, visiting national parks. Instead, she has spent months dealing with a nightmare--costly repairs, misleading information, and complete disregard from the dealership. The van was misrepresented from the start. It was advertised as a Flex Fuel Chevy Express, which she paid a premium through the dealership's vendor to have delivered to her in Texas. Upon delivery, she discovered it was actually a VIA Motors VTRUX hybrid--a vehicle that very few mechanics can service due to software restrictions that a quick Google search will confirm was a complete failure for GM. The hybrid battery failed 3 days after she accepted delivery of this vehicle, and despite taking it to multiple shops, no one has been able to fix it. Additionally, the van has significant rust issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale. They haven't even honored their own guarantee and reimbursed her for what she spent in repairs the first month she owned it. My mother repeatedly reached out to Chris Haus, asking for assistance or a buyback, as she unknowingly purchased a vehicle that is essentially undrivable, and the vehicle delivered is not the vehicle she purchased. Communication has been slow, dismissive, and filled with empty promises. Every time she pushed for a resolution, she's been met with excuses or silence. Meanwhile, she's still making payments on a van that she cannot use. This dealership sold her a branded title vehicle without proper disclosure, failed to ensure it was in working condition, and has done nothing to make this right. She spent her life savings on what was supposed to be her dream vehicle, only to be stuck with an expensive, useless burden. If you value honesty, integrity, and accountability, DO NOT BUY FROM HAUS AUTO GROUP. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase here to take their business elsewhere.

He specifically told me that he was not going to honor the word of his team and that it was a "miscommunication" (despite the original deal receiving manager approval and has Kyle's name on it). He admitted to calling neighboring dealerships to compare prices after we made the deal on Saturday and today he settled on $5k over.
