D-Koncept is a French boutique and I would describe their clothes as a cool kind of street wear, but that isn't really all that accurate. The pieces are art. That's more accurate. I'm not a shopaholic but I loved everything in the boutique so much that it could have easily turned me into one. And I'm not exaggerating when I say that I loved EVERYTHING! It wasn't like one or two things here - it was everything. This shop is a true hidden little secret in Wynwood except all the cool kids already knew about this place and the rest of us are just now catching on. They trick you into trying all these horrendous looking items that you're not even there to shop for. All the clothing looks cheap, mostly poorly sown. As you shop around and look you'll see the prices are reasonable "boutique" pricing. The trick comes after you're ready to check out, the women working here scan your items and ring your items up quickly and then pretty much swipe your credit card before telling you the total. So basically $500 later on 4 items they tell you "no refunds"

Amazing shop of an interior designer that believes in sustainable design…read more We walked in quite by accident and am not sure if this shop is called the Polished Coconut or Abaco for the historic building Alicia brought back to life. Restored to perfection with ceiling laid bare ro witness the fabulous woodwork, no doubt done in the 1930s by the Korean labour prevalent at that time, to perfection. A bevy of treasures, a trove of perfections. Pricey but that's the price is fair trade.
