I didn't realize they had a little parking lot so I parked on the street and walked around until it was time to go inside. Please keep in mind to get to the entrance it is a fair amount of stairs, I am unsure if there is there an elevator or not. The office doesn't open until 9 but I was booked for 9 am and knew I had to come in a little early to sign the medical documents. The very kind receptionist was happy to see me at 8:50 am and helped me to sign the documents. She kindly brought me water while I waited for the esthetician to be ready. My consultation with the esthetician made me feel cared about as she took in my skin concerns and products I use. Sometimes during this process at other spas, one can feel judgement for their personal routine but she was so kind and genuinely wanted to make sure I had a good routine. She had excellent techniques and my skin was so clean and hydrated. She did give me extractions that I was nervous about but I know I needed it, she had the perfect touch to my skin as she was trying to make it as painless as possible for me. At the end she gave me some recommendations for my future skincare and I hope to see her again soon so she can reassess my skin again. Overall I had a great experience and would love to book again.

When I went in for the BBL, they didn't even know what a BBL treatment was, and tried to convince me that their machine, which is an IPL is better than a BBL. It sounds like they lack the knowledge of what the difference is. Results were subpar, and I will not be going back for any treatment. I tried to speak with the Morpheus manager about the deceptive service, and they admitted their staff has a lack of knowledge, but they did not want to resolve the issue. I will just be going to Belle Marin Aesthetics for future services, and more knowledgeable treatments.

I called them, I was in their "clinic" 4 separate times - they visually say this wound. Their response was non- emergent. I am now day 3 in hospital. Day 3 of continuous antibiotics- due to this unsafe - in surgery practices. Lift and 100 cc does not look like this and now with the fluid gone they are sagging and implants infected. They will be removed in a few hours and I will have to start again with my desired lift in a year after reconstruction and recovery. Again no apology's, no email, no calls. I called the clinic Friday. She asked me to return I told her it was a VERY UNSAFE PLACE at least for me. No I will never return, no more referrals, no more positive energy. Warmly, Anna Stevens
