I would not recommend Morpheus. They lack the knowledge of what a BBL facial is versus an IPL. They hadn't even heard of a BBL treatment, so when I made the appointment for the BBL, nobody corrected me or even told me they do not offer BBL treatments. When I went in for the BBL, they didn't even know what a BBL treatment was, and tried to convince me that their machine, which is an IPL is better than a BBL. It sounds like they lack the knowledge of what the difference is. Results were subpar, and I will not be going back for any treatment. I tried to speak with the Morpheus manager about the deceptive service, and they admitted their staff has a lack of knowledge, but they did not want to resolve the issue. I will just be going to Belle Marin Aesthetics for future services, and more knowledgeable treatments. read more

I had been going to Simple Radiance for quite some years now and the Doctor in charge allowed the nurse to give me less Botox than they normally do for the area between my eyebrows. It always worked until this last year and then the dose did not seem to be strong enough. Well there is a new Doctor in Charge an now she will not allow me to do that and wants $300. minimum for the same procedure that use to be less. The last time I was there I spent $200. which was over the normal dose I normally had and the Botox still did not take affect. In my last few visits the Botox that was given to me was less affective and now this Doctor says that I need more, for no less than $300. or I can leave. So I left. I am sorry but paying more for getting less, I am not interested in and I am not interested in the rise in prices for this doctor's ambitions. read more

My overall office experience was great. I'm only writing this review due to the lack of expected results and to help others decide for themselves (it cost over $500). I had dermal filler (1ml) in the tear through area for my dark circles I've always had. I went to the Simple Radiance by Morpheus located in Larkspur. Dr. Marisha Chilcott was so joyful and caring throughout the entire process. She honestly has the best personality. I had a thorough consultation and decided to go ahead with the procedure. I wasn't given any numbing cream or anything before I was injected, (not sure if this is optional) I wish I was, but the pain was bearable. 4 days after my appointment, I emailed Dr. Chilcott because I wasn't seeing any results. She kindly told me I still had some bruising and to wait a few more days (and she was right). However, it's been 13 days after my appointment and I still don't see any SLIGHTEST results :( I was told that I could do a follow up appointment but would have to pay again for filler. I was planning on doing a second tear through filler because my dark circles are pretty bad, but because I don't see ANY improvement from the first, I don't want to waste my money. I'm bummed because It's not right to make me pay again if the procedure didn't work. I was told she see's improvement from my before and after pictures she took in the office, but I told the nice lady, she put concealer under my eyes before she took the after photo. I was under the impression that Botox was $15/unit. Prior to the pandemic, Botox was $12/unit. At least in Marin. I knew with the price increase of everything else that this was a given. I paid the $100 to reserve my appointment spot for Botox. I had never gotten Botox before but knew I was going to get it so I was ok with paying for the appointment since I would get to use it towards injection. The staff were very friendly. During my appointment I was told the office had just raised their botox to $18/unit the day prior. Keep in mind, I made my appointment (and paid the $100) prior to the price change. I feel that I should have been charged for $15/unit instead of $19/unit since I made my appointment prior to the price change. Pretty bummed about this. read more

First I went there for laser hair removal -with Kayo- and she did an excellent job. Then I wanted to get Botox and fillers -I'm not 15 anymore- and Michelle Frijas performed an amazing job: virtually no pain -maybe a 2 minus in a scale from 1 to 10- and I'm super happy with the results: I look better without looking artificially weird. Also, she helped me decide what treatment to get in order to get the results I was looking for. And she is super nice and makes you feel comfortable before, during and after the treatment. I purchased a series of laser hair removal sessions for my daughter about a year ago from another provider (in Danville - we live in the East Bay). The location closed and moved to Menlo Park. I finished the series because it would have been a waste of money not to. The RN at the new location was very nice and had a good rapport with my daughter. While she was on break from school, I tried to schedule another appointment only to find out that the specific clinician had left. I tried to find a comparable provider that wasn't as far. I found Morpheus and sent an inquiry through their website. I didn't hear back so I called directly. The person on the phone was very vague and could not quote the exact price for the session. It was for upper lip and most other places consider that a "small" area. I was quoted $100 - but the person on the phone said maybe less because it is a small area. My daughter went to the appointment and when I asked how it went, she was unhappy. The technology used at Morpheus she deemed "old" and therefore it was more painful (the other location used cold laser). About a week later, I received response to my inquiry and I responded that the appointment had already been made. I was honest and described the "old" technology and the price. $100 was twice as much as we had been paying. I would have continued to pay if the service a positive one, because of the convenience. I received a terse reply, not helpful at all. I wasn't just disputing the price - but the methods used. In this case it's worth travelling further to get a better experience. I noticed that YELP offers a discount on laser procedures - even if I had seen the coupon, I still would not recommend as their method was more painful. read more

Went in for a consultation about my thinning hair. Dr. Chilcott tells me that her process is to do a combination of PRP (platelet rich plasma injections), topical Minoxidil and an over the counter dietary supplement (Nutrafol and/or Viviscal). She says the combination speeds results as opposed to waiting months for results when using only one protocol. I really REALLY wanted to address the problem so I got a second opinion. If the second doc confirmed a similar approach, I was happy to go with Dr. Chilcott. However, the next practitioner I visited (who specializes in hair restoration) told me that Nutrafol and Viviscal have no independent clinical trials to support claims of efficacy and that PRP only works on 54% of patients. This seemed to be key information that was possibly omitted from Dr. Chilcott's discussion. I opted to seek successful treatment from the second practitioner using a combination of two oral medication prescriptions, one being Minoxidil. read more
