I came in for a Pedicure without an appointment. It was Tuesday at 1:20 I was quickly seated. As soon as you come in they ask you to wash your hands. This is a requirement before receiving any services. They had relaxing music. The place is decorated nicely and they have about 9 chairs for manicures and 9 for pedicures or maybe ten. I was helped by Trang I believe was her name she was nice quick and she did an excellent job on my toes. My friend and I went in for walk in service and both got a full acrylic mani and they were beautifully done! I didn't catch the names of our techs but they both did a great job. The pricing is a little higher than I would prefer to pay but I didn't mind it. The salon is clean and the staff friendly, and their holiday decorations are just lovely. If there was a ZERO rating I'd give that! I went in April 27,2024 with an appointment for a backfill. What I got was a man who told me I was too anxious when I asked him to add more white to my pink and white to make it wider. I tried telling him the white was still not to my liking. He didn't change a thing. So end result I paid $50 for a back fill and got something that looked like a fill for the size of the white and was too thin (you can see through the white in many spots) un even white tips and was left with acrylic all over my fingers not to mention he didn't "clean" the underside my left hand nails all. Also the tips of my nails are "scoop " shaped. EXTREMLY UPSET and EMBARRASED with my nails. Will never return!! read more

Went in for a walk in, I had requested a pedicure and my little sister was getting a simple gel manicure. For the classic pedicure they did such a good job, the woman helping me was really gentle and made sure to ask if the water or stones were too hot. For the polish job, my toes look so good!! She took her time with layering the gel polish and making sure it cured. My sister had a mani and it was okay! She said they were gentle and made sure to ask if she was okay with every step of the process. Her nails did come out a little funky, there were air bubbles in her gel polish. read more

Just left and had the manager and nail tech basically call me and my daughter liars. Went in for two pedicures. I got the "special" my daughter didn't because she was paying with her own earned money and wanted the cheaper one. Mine was not anything special, she didn't use the stones which I love but didn't even notice until my daughter was getting hers and said "hey mom why didn't you get stones? When I brought it up to the manger of course they spoke to eachother and i didn't understand and he said . Oh she said she did. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, however I've tried this place a couple of times. The first time I went it was ok. The next time I went, I saw they closed at 7pm and I arrived at 6:30 to the staff leaving. And most recently, I had family in town. A group of about 7 went in at about 5:30 to get a pedicure was told no, we couldn't since there were too many of us. Mind you it wasn't extremely busy. There were maybe about 2 others getting pedis and 3-4 getting mani's. As we were leaving, they changed their mind and said they could do it. All of our pedi's get chipped the next day. Honestly this place is a hit and miss, sometimes you get okay service other times it's great and others it's terrible. I kept coming back trying to give them a chance. If you make an appointment you will end up waiting still well past appointment time, to the point it is almost easier to just come in when you can. Also don't have anything or anywhere else scheduled to be because you won't make it on time. Today was my "I'm done" with this place though. I came in almost 2 hours prior to closing asked about a fill and pedi was told yes and I'd have to wait. I said okay. I waited so long for them to start my pedi that not even halfway through my pedi they came up to tell me since my pedi was going to take to long I couldn't have my nails done too because "by the time my pedi is done the technicians will be leaving." I explained I can't come back tomorrow and was basically told oh well we can't do your nails. I told the lady doing my pedi to just finish and not do polish because at this point I'm irritated and tired of the rudeness and want to just leave. Other staff then starts to back peddle saying the receptionist messed up and it's okay. I still refused because I'm not going to pay for rushed services they said they could do and changed their minds mid service. Plus I'm so irritated that I didn't want to stay and be rude or mean. I won't be coming back here anymore. You don't treat paying customers this way and say you'll service them but then refuse services mid way. I've never in my life gone to a place that won't finish servicing people they started on or are in the building well before closing! Very unprofessional. I tried this location for the first time yesterday for a sns mani and a pedicure. I came in and was seated at a pedicure station with a 15 min wait time. The two people next to me had also been waiting. Sitting at pedicure stations, not soaking, we're all just sitting there. My 15 min wait turns to 30 and finally someone comes over, she seemed upset and just started running water and gathering tools, she sat down and Started to begin and I had to ask for a menu in order to make a selection, i choose pedicure c and it went great from there, i then was moved to get my SNS MANI and someone else comes over to do my nails, she asked if i wanted Sns & i confirmed, she then brought over a glitter and asked if it was okay, i had selected a hot pink and that was what was on my toes, so i asked for the pink that I had selected and she just painted my nails. There was absolutely no manicure of any sort. There was no cleaning up of my cuticles, no cleaning up dead skin, no soaking, no hand hydration. Nothing. Today my SNS Is cracking and I still need a manicure. For tipping both of my technicians and spending 97 dollar I feel like i didn't get what I was charged & I spent nearly three hours at this salon! I visited during COVID state mandated mask requirements. I was disappointed to see they did not enforce the State Mandated mask policy with customers. The staff did but Despite the signs, people are going to push the limits. As soon as I walked in, I immediately witnessed multiple customers with their mask under their noise. This was our first experience at this business and first since Covid hit. People suck who don't wear their masks correctly but when businesses don't care to say something, that's why individuals continue to not follow instructions. We were asked to hand wash upon entering, but the soap dispenser was filled with what I believe to be severely watered down soap. The paper towel is not on a dispenser, so you must put your clean hands on a wet paper towels that everyone has touched. read more

Came in today for a fill and dip (my mother in law and i) and left with cuts on all fingers, sore cuticles and stained fingers. Sure nails are cute and I guess the saying beauty is pain is true when it comes to this place but I've never had a tech have no consideration for how they handled a drill bit and file when working on a customers nails. Every time she pulled out that drill I almost sprang across the room because of how painful it was. The receptionist was rude and had a judgmental attitude the entire time we were there I felt so uncomfortable being in that environment. This was the best nail place I've been to in Arizona since I moved here 2 years ago! However the owner sold it and the service has changed drastically and not in a good way! I was there today for the last time. My nails, pedicure and waxing was a half assed job and it looks it! It's way overpriced for the service they offer now. I didn't mind paying before because the service was superb! From the moment I arrived to the time I left there was a total of 4 customers complaining about their nails.
