We had a fabulous experience today. My friend and I went for mani/pedis. When we got there it was incredibly busy- which is to be expected on a holiday weekend- but we didn't wait long before they were able to get us started. Even while we waited, the guy up front was incredibly attentive and kept us updated as to how long it would be. The pedicure was fantastic, I could have sat in the massage chair having my feet taken care of for hours. She did an amazing job taming my out of control summer feet, and she didn't even make me feel embarrassed for how ridiculous they were. Not only was the pedicure great, but even though they were busy they got my friend and I chairs next to each other. My nails look beautiful. They're evenly painted and uniform in shape. She paid close attention to what she was doing, and worked very efficiently. I will absolutely be returning! read more

I usually come here to get my eyebrows waxed. I've also gotten manicures and pedicures from here as well. I like to think the eyebrow wax pricing is fair, sometimes the pricing of the manicures/pedicures doesn't quiet make sense--you're presented the pricing menu to pick your option(s) with the prices displayed, but it seems like definitely in terms of pedicures the price is higher than what you were presented come time to pay. My fill was not up to my standards , due to the gel looking lumpy. My regular place was closed so we decided to try this place. We walked in and were taken in right away. My husband and I both had pedicures and I had a manicure as well. The chairs were comfy and the massage was nice. The ladies that worked on us were friendly and gentle. The gel colors were pretty. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was that my nails weren't painted up to the top of my cuticles on my nails so they looked like they were already grown out after just getting them done. This is for a pedi and acrylic removal with a mani service: It was my first time coming here. I was seated almost immediately so kudos to their promptness for a walk-in. The pedicure was good. They barely massage your feet (I even ask if they charge for longer times) . Here are my complaints with the service overall: 1. The salon was packed they "encouraged" social distancing but their chairs are not far enough apart nor do they reinforce their mask requirement listed on the door. I'm ok either way but if you're coming into the salon with the assumption they are enforcing social distancing and face coverings-this isn't your salon. 2. After cutting back my cuticles and using the "cheese grater" for my calluses the tech dumped all the dead skin into the water then proceeded to use the same water to wet my legs before the lotion was applied... yes, it's my skin but now it's pasted on me with lotion?! I had to ask her to rinse my legs again. 3. The little plastic liners are just for show.. I saw the same one used three times and after the second tome I had a low key panic attack knowing mine had to be handled the same. 4. One of the bail tech (coco or Chanel) came and started clipping off my acrylics with a nail clipper. I asked her if they soak them off she said yes but takes too much time (hmm the day I actually have tone to be in A nail salon for three hours). She kept clipping until I had to tell her to stop it hurt too much (see pic of the hack job I endured). She called the same lady over that did my pedi and she finished my mani and Gel (no, you didn't miss read I didn't ask for gel originally). Their soak off is you putting your finger tips in acetone and her drilling it off. I still have tips on some of my nails which shows that process is not as effective with removal. I would recommend this place in a pinch but caution them on my experience. read more

I'm a little disappointed, I used to really love this place but have been going to a different nail salon closer to my home for gel manicures, today I decided to go back here because I didn't want to make the drive and I knew they did good work, I just wanted a gel manicure because my natural nails are really pretty and long and I don't like the heavy feeling of acrylic or polygel. My nail tech talked me into trying the polygel and pretty much didn't give me the choice for just a gel manicure like I asked, she told me the poly gel would be $50 and after I was done she charged $60 before a tip, these are very thick and clumpy and I absolutely hate them. I went in to Ti Ti nails yesterday. The owner really could care less about her clients and is all about volume. I have acrylic with gel. The 1st person that she assigned me to couldn't do acrylic. She then pushed me off to another lady. This person did a horrible job. I am left with gel polish on the sides of nails. I complained three times that the shape on both hands was not the same but she did not seem to care or know how to properly fix it. Lastly, this place was dirty. I will be putting a call in to the health department. Sadly, the Owner cares more about profit then quality. Save your money and go some place else. read more

This place is great, if you have the money to spend. I went in to just get a set of acrylics for fall and was charged $70!!! INSANE!!! For one color and a couple stickers, I know damn well the products used don't total more than $10... and the service was definitely not worth $60. It's just disappointing that places like this charge an arm and a leg just so women and men can feel a sense of beauty. Also, if you're military I would avoid this spot because they're apparently very disrespectful of it. I asked if they offered a military discount and got laughed at! It's a common question, and I hold a firm belief that every place should offer at least 5% to military. It's courtesy. Now getting laughed at on the other hand, was unacceptable. Aside from that, this place was clean and welcoming. I went here as I needed to get a dip for nails and pedicure. I was taken very quickly but was never offered a menu and pricing for the pedicure, I just told the girl basic pedicure. Then onto the nails where she soaked off my old dip and proceeded to start what I thought was the dip. Long story short she gave me Gel polish! Right after she started with a clear polish and put me under the light, I thought something was wrong. I asked her about the dip, and she said, "You told the boss you wanted dip soak off with Gel, no I did not. At that point I said OK go ahead, I just want out of there! I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted: simple coffin shape with black matte and one shiny black. Super simple but she said to pick something else because she couldn't do that . So frustrated I told her to just do short nails with black polish. She did that. But the last nail she smeared so she wiped it (left visible smear mark) and sent me off. No one goes out with the intention to complain about a service. But if you do nails , and lack the passion you should have, then go find something else to do. read more

I had an out-of-town event I had to go to along with a photo shoot. I needed my eyebrows done as well as a pedicure. The lady was nice who did my eyebrows but I had scarring bumps and itching for at least three weeks. So suffice to say my eyebrows were scaled and red in my photo shoot. We just moved into the neighborhood and my husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas. I booked an appointment for a pedicure and decided to upgrade it to the VIP pedicure. Yen was amazing. She was truly an amazing manicurist and made my feet, feel good and look good. Nothing was rushed with this pedicure. From the beginning I knew that this would be the greatest pedicure I ever had. I'm at home having an OCD panic attack because they look so bad and I wasted my money on this. I'm really irritated, I corrected her so many times and she couldn't get my French tip correct and now I'm going to have to go somewhere else and pay more money just to have them fixed. I have been coming here for a while and was satisfied with the service for the most part, howerver resently while there I noticed just how noisy it had become, music on rock station too loud, if this is a spa why not play relaxing and soothing music? I come for a relaxing experience and with all the chatter between the technitions and the rock music it is not relaxing. Also the pedicure chair #3 needs attention it is loud and uncomfortable. I think I will look for a more peaceful place to get my much needed day of relaxation. read more

Left upset with my nails the color I wanted yes the length yes the sparkle yes but lumpy, streaky, and crooked jems, they said I needed a whole new set to fix the issue from another salon but personally I think that they filed them down enough to fix any "lumps", the polish was the problem in my opinion it was thick and didn't leave a nice finish, and instead of fixing the nail polish she was putting on me she just cured it that way and ended up with the same issue I had coming in. I though adding a little jems would distract the issue but then those too were placed crooked. I was going to change polish on toes as well but decided to not give them any more of my money as they already didn't see a problem with how my nails looked. Ended up paying $30 for polish change and jems. It's the first time I don't tip and that felt weird, but I work in customer service and that did not warrant a tip in my opinion. read more

I went in July 2nd for a fill, showed pictures of what I wanted asked questions on what she could do and I was brushed off like I irritated her, whatever just paint them!! Well my nails weren't even and the paint had tons of bubbles, I didn't grumble I paid and left. By the 5th my nails were cracking the 6th 2 nails broke then the next day another one. I went in to have them fix them, literally just wanted them to fix the 3 broken nails and they wanted to charge me like it's my fault, yeah No! After arguing with her she fixed them no charge but of course I have 3 nails bigger than the rest and one is crooked. Here are pictures of them before I file and repaint them myself. The nail boarders we're properly filed and had to be resone because they were jagged. I paid $40 for this mess. I was scheduled for a pedicure as well but after living through an hour and 15 minutes for the mess that I got I figured my money and time would best be spent elsewhere. I immediately went to Estrella Nails down the street who fixed the mess for free and did the pedicure I had requested originally. Save your money and go to a better salon. Horrible , every visit I go in , if I request a nail design , the lady #6 I think is her chair never ever can she do ANYTHING special. I think she is in seat 6 I'm not sure.
