Even while we waited, the guy up front was incredibly attentive and kept us updated as to how long it would be. The pedicure was fantastic, I could have sat in the massage chair having my feet taken care of for hours. She did an amazing job taming my out of control summer feet, and she didn't even make me feel embarrassed for how ridiculous they were. Not only was the pedicure great, but even though they were busy they got my friend and I chairs next to each other. My nails look beautiful. They're evenly painted and uniform in shape. She paid close attention to what she was doing, and worked very efficiently. I will absolutely be returning!

But my nails were not almond shape, uneven, and 3 of the tips didn't fit correctly and are completely lifted off my nails. Went back in because they do not do refunds if you're unhappy, they had the same tech help me and she said it's my nails causing the tip to not fit, I've been getting nails for years and never had that. She said they were all even and fine. She filed and I left, would not recommend. Added my inspo pic but did want them shorter than the pic. I've never complained about nails before or went back to a salon ever or ever left a negative review but this was not a good experience at all. I appreciate they tried to fix and the tech said she wants me happy but telling me I was wrong about what I was saying is wrong with my nails didn't give me that vibe.

I requested a deluxe pedicure, however the nail technician failed to do the bare minimum. She walked away multiple times leaving me to soak in cold water. Just when I think it can't get any worse I'm burned with a hot stone at the bottom of my foot. I did not receive a towel treatment, or extended massage. I am short $63, left with a burned foot and only nail polish. Seriously there are way too many new nail salons to be money hungry and accept any customer who walks through the door while being short staffed. Yes I had multiple opportunities to leave, however after being postpartum was desperate for some relaxation. Apparently that was too much to ask for!

This is a requirement before receiving any services. They had relaxing music. The place is decorated nicely and they have about 9 chairs for manicures and 9 for pedicures or maybe ten. As a residence of victory we try to support all…read morelocal businesses but when the service is not good and they illustrate a lack of compassion towards their customers that is where we draw the line and stop using their services. This is the case with the Vic Spa. We had made spa reservations for my wife and two friends who were in town to have their nails done the day after New Years Day. The day of New Years Day one of our friends received bad news regarding a family member and had to book an urgent flight back home that evening. The day of the spa treatment which was the next day our other friend woke up not feeling well. She wanted to give it a bit to see if she would maybe feel better but did not so we called the Vic Spa to inform them of the situation and that we would need to cancel the three appointments. They informed us that they would still have to charge us as it was less than 24 hours notice. I'm not sure how we could have given them 24 hours notice since the day prior the service was New Years Day and the entirety of our situation all occurred less than 24 hours before the service. We escalated to their management who still is not empathetic to the situation but did offer to reduce the charges for all three appointments by 50%. I've since read online that others have had similar experiences regarding 24 hour notice at The Vic Spa. In addition to this experience my wife has shared that the couple of times she used the Vic Spa for nails she's had to have them redone in less than a week. We've since found another spa place that has much better service and have not seen issues with nails chipping or flaking. We will continue to use other services like the Vic Kitchen and Bar where we have seen excellent customer service but we will not be back to the Vic Spa and would advise anyone considering them to be ware of their poor service and management.
