The shelves were basically empty, the employee was suuuuper high.... somewhere in space, and he mentioned to me that they could mix juice in house.... Which was a small station set up in the front... in the open, in a un-controlled and not sanitary environment. You know... no "hello", no "thanks", no smile, no personality whatsoever. You're a burden to him. He is so bad at customer service that when I pull up and see his car outside, I leave. Ouch.

Not only is this more expensive than others because it's "a new product" as described by the clerk, but it's a total dud. I bought this to travel/use in my purse as I have a 220w mod I use at home and I'm tired of lugging it around. So I barely hit this thing as I work from home, and I only take very small hits, never big ones like from my mod. It's higher nicotine than I use with my mod, so I take it easy. I expected at least a week, not two days for the price. I bought lots of overpriced juice here and spent $75 on my purchase two days ago. I call in to report what I find and they said they can't offer me a replacement and there's nothing they can do. They sell scam products at high marked-up rates and refuse good customer service of someone who has shopped there several times since I'm located near them and never again. NEVER AGAIN. It wouldn't have been hard to say, oh my gosh I know you and remember you, I'm so sorry we sold you a piece of sh*t, please come in so we can check it out and replace it for you.
