it is Oct '23 and I am writing due to the terrible service person I encountered today. Maybe she's unhappy to have to work on Saturday or to have to work at a Vape shop where she interacts with customers who have a few questions to answer. I usually send my husband and he comes home with oil mixed in shop. The oil I have turned brown and is harsh on my throat so I went with him to get a different flavor and size. The African- American woman with dreadlocks couldn't be bothered to be nice and courteou,s, nor did she answer questions in any detail. I explained that I wanted a different flavor and that my bottle turned brown and asked if it could be old. She said it is the process of the two mixing together. Then after not finding a flavor and getting nowhere with her customer service skills I told my husband loud enough so she would hear me that we could go to the other Vape shop down on 7th Ave and Missouri. I was pleasantly pleased and glad that I don't have to deal with rudeness again. After reading some reviews, it seemed to me that the owner or manager should take these into mind and find someone to replace her. we've been going there for 3-4 years and it was going downhill as my husband had mentioned service iss recently. read more

I used to frequent this shop quite a bit but it went very downhill once the big girl started working there. She acted like it was a chore to help customers and she was rude every time. I had a bottle of house juice open and spill all over me TWICE! The first time I went back in and she replaced it but no sorry at all. The second time I was more angry so when I walked in and said "This is the 2nd time with you" she went off on me and started screaming at me. I actually thought she was going to be violent so I left. As I left I threw the empty bottle at the outside window. She came waddling out screaming fuc* you and that she was calling the cops. I messaged the owner and he called me quite a bit later because apparently he was already on the phone with her. He asked me a bunch of questions and was calm. I could have asked for him to pay for my cleaning of my clothes AND car but all I asked for was an in-person apology from the terrible employee. He refused to even refund my money. This is probably the worst customer service experience in my life. She should never work with customers again and I actually feel sorry for her as she must live a miserable life. read more

My friend Emily and I decided to stop in and see this store. I already have an ecig and Emily wanted one. Neither of us knew much about them (even myself since a friend gave me mine). Brian was the person working and he took the time to show us the different products and explained to us how they work. I purchased a Suorin Air Kit awhile back. The young lady behind the counter was everything you want in a sales service rep- friendly, helpful really knew here stuff- UNTIL I returned a few days later. I watched 3 reviews on YouTube by 3 different people, in all the reviews a user's manual was included with the kit. When I asked the young lady at Vape Etc about the manual she told me that the kits don't come with one which of course is a lie. Had an issue with a bottle of ejuice that was not sealed properly and when i went to use it the first time, the whole thing dumped out all over the place. Yeah... s*** happens. I know. So I called and asked what they could do about it. Didn't get a satisfactory answer, so i showed up in person a couple/few hours later. After an unsatisfactory attempt at resolution, I eventually did manage to get them to give me a replacement bottle, which i do appreciate, but my only suggestion is that the staff probably shouldn't have to make the customers work so hard for a resolution. It wasn't a HORRIBLE experience, but it wasn't that great either. I'm almost afraid to give this new bottle a squeeze. read more

I went to this store because after checking online it was the one that was the closest to my home. I had been using e-pen type vaporizers I had been buying at what I like to call my local "Crackhead" store on Camelback... After going through 3 tanks and having spent about a total of 60 bucks on tanks and batteries not including the juice i decided to go to a real vape store and upgrade. Boy was I glad I did and I am very happy I picked this store to give my business too. Brain is who I dealt with my first day and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He took the time to let me look everything over and spend as much time as I needed to make a decision without any pressure to buy anything specific. He made some great suggestions and I picked one of the ones he suggested in the end. They have a great selection of tanks and batteries and all sorts of juices. I suggest going with I guess what would be called the store brand that they will custom mix into the correct strength for you. I especially like the Melon Baller and Summer Tea flavors and they are my personal preference. The equipment they sell has done me right and when a coil burns out I spend 2 bucks to replace it rather than 8-12 bucks on a whole new tank like I had been doing at the crackhead store. The vaporizer combo I picked was the Innokin Itaste vv with a Kanger Tech Mini Protank- II (v2) and those 2 pieces of equipment with a large bottle of juice and some extras came to about 89 bucks total to get out the door. The improvement in the strength of the vapor was worth every penny of it and the fact that it can be adjusted and has a passthrough feature that allows you to use it when charging on a USB port is a GREAT feature... I mainly use it next to my computer and occasionally take it out with me. It was like night and day compared to my old crappy ones from the crackhead store... Since I had such good luck with it I purchased a extra tank from here and am also able to have a 2nd flavor using my old batteries. I have become a loyal customer of this business and all of the staff have been great. it is a excellent feature of the store that they let you try all the flavors you would like to try and after having one small issue with a coil in the 2nd tank. Brian fixed it for me no questions asked and let me leave a happy customer once again. The credit towards your next purchase you earn can be used whenever to shave some off the bill or banked and saved up to earn something totally free and is another great benefit of this store. I also like the fact that you can get a receipt in store or have it emailed to you or both. If you want to go paperless you can here. The store also has a nice seating area to relax in and decent music always playing a nice level if you have to wait. Sometimes the store is busy but in my eyes that is a good thing but the wait is never more than a couple of minutes. They always make sure they help who they are working with and when it is your turn you get the full attention of the store and staff. I gave this place 5 stars because of the quality of equipment and juices , The staff , and the perks. I could have gotten this same equipment online for a little less and had to have it ship and wait for it. But for only a couple of bucks more than the prices online I get great customer service near my home and always treated great when I visit. Check this place out if you are just getting started or are looking for a decent outlet to get equipment from. Tell them Bil The Bacon Guy sent you. P.S. I read some of the other reviews and well if you were treated badly here I almost would expect you are maybe working for the competition and telling some fibs because I have seen the staff here work with many customers and they have always treated everyone great and been low pressure. I stopped in the other day and I felt as if the people working there were not knowledgeable about the product that they are selling. Their very pushy with their product to up sell. My uncle went in to get a pen to quit smoking and they set him up with a mechanical mod which we found out later to to quit smoking all he needed was just a pen which he ended up buying from somewhere else and now we are down $130 for something a 65 year old man did not even need. I've been coming here for almost 6 months and been very happy. Brian, tanner,Stacy and Lexi are great employees always very helpful and courteous. I've learnt a lot of stuff from here. There juice section is big and they can custom mix Mt Baker juice to your liking. They have a nice area if you have to wait for a few minutes the music they play is calming. We needed some e-juice to take on our trip to Laughlin and prevent smoking in the room. I had seen the store as we drove by once and it's much closer to the place we had been going to. This is a nice store, very clean and the two women working there were very helpful. Had some nice tastes and I decided in the no nicotine Cafe Royal and the hubby got the 12% nicotine Mocha. Terrific tasty vapes. Then I showed them how I had just found my OLD e-cig that I thought I had lost. Plugged it in and it works but it's old school and uses cartomizers. They loved the story of finding the 3 year old e-cig and gave me some free cartomizers. Now I can use my tank system and the cartomizer unit. Fantastic! While my thinking is still in alignment on my previous review in regard to Tanner being the vape Rockstar... I'm a little less reluctant to frequent this establishment. I've needed supplies for awhile, but as I said I'm not a big on branching out. I stopped in on a whim today and am glad I did. I'd never dealt with "Stacy" and was pleasantly surprised. I stayed long enough to find several palatable juices. Tanner sold me on the larger silver i-stick awhile ago, and I had returned for the smaller version. Both are perfection. The vape industry seems to be turning out new and revamped e-cigs on a daily basis. The new array of colorful versions are tempting. Kinda like my Samsung Galaxy... They have great hours. I get up early and the place I used to go to didn't open till noon. Ridiculous. The girls who work there are very very sweet and so helpful. The best store for vapes I have been to. The inside is clean and does not feel like you have to leave immediately like some of the other vape shops. I have been here on a number of occasions and have used there rewards program it is great you get money off depending on how much you spend. The selection of fluids is the biggest I have seen. I went in yesterday after work because I thought they sold cigarettes. Turns out they did not. I talked to the guy (Brian, I believe) working for a while and he let me try different flavors and different nicotine levels. I told him I was not that interested in quitting smoking or even purchasing a vapor e-cig, but he told me I should at least try the flavors before I left. So, I did. I was very happy he persuaded me because I ended up buying one that was 24 mg of nicotine since I told him I smoke a pack a day (my total was $48.10 for about a two weeks supply). One of the starter kits was about 30 bucks, but I wanted a higher nicotine level. The kit came with a charger, a wick, the liquid, a mouthpiece, the base, and whatever it is that you put the liquid in. He showed me everything I needed to know about assembling it and was very thorough about what I needed to do after I ran out of liquid and wicks. When I have to get new wicks and liquids, it is about 20 bucks total which will last me two more weeks which is way cheaper than buying cigarettes everyday. They also do a points system when you purchase something when you sign up. For every $20 you spend, you receive $1 in points towards your next purchase or you can build up points and use them at a different time, as well. So, my next visit I can get $2 off if I want. I had a pack of cigarettes at home and smoked one and it did not even compare to my new e-cig. I will definitely be going back and taking my friends with me who have bought vapor cigs in the past but had bad luck with them. Brian was knowledgeable and very easy going. He has completely changed my opinion on vapor cigarettes! Also, I felt like my lungs were clearing from all the normal cigarettes I have been smoking.
