During my appointment, the staff seemed more focused on how I found their practice as a new patient than on addressing my actual concerns. Later, when my new dental office contacted them for my x-rays, they falsely claimed I never had one done. I had to scramble to find documentation to prove I had received a panoramic x-ray there.

Everyone brings a positive attitude including the welcoming receptionist, x-ray technician, dental hygienist and even the Dentist. I've never felt more at ease during a dental appointment. Ally, the receptionist, was super friendly, welcoming & helpful. Diana, the dental hygienist, was very patient with all my grandma's questions and concerns. The Dentist, Dr. Jasmine, was very knowledgeable & patient as well. Although the majority of my grandma's concerns are not able to be addressed at this location (she was referred to an oral surgeon), we felt that the experience was good & we look forward to returning for routine cleanings.
