They did not offer spa pedicure optional services and when I asked for an additional service, they declined to provide. It's surprising that they do not seem to want to work and provide a quality service. With so many salons in the valley, this is why it's always empty when you walk in! They speak in their native tongue to one another and it's disrespectful that they chatter on when you are trying to enjoy the service you paid for. TV is blaring. I won't be back. I made an appointment for this location to fix my nails. When I walked in, there was a front desk type of situation, but no one was there as they were with customers. I stood there for a little bit while people on the floor stared at me and finally someone said oh are you here for your appointment? I said yes. The feeling when you walk in wasn't welcoming so I should have taken that as a sign (along with other reviews). I was told to go to a nail station so I went over and sat down. This place was a decently large space with multiple nail stations in the center along with chairs for pedicures on each side. The nail stations were half filled and one side of the chairs was taken by a few women who came in a group. It wasn't super busy, but all of the technicians were taken after my nails were started on. I asked to see a price list when I sat down as nothing was offered to me. I had to ask a few times before I was handed the laminated sheet. I specifically pointed to a price and said that I wanted the standard gel manicure. The woman working on my nails seemed nice, but the work was sloppy. She was pretty rough when cleaning up my cuticles. Some of my nails had a layer of previous gel stuck on them when she tried to paint my nails with a new coat and I had to point it out to have it removed so I didn't have chunks sticking up through the new gel polish. While I was there, a woman came in to see if she could walk in for a pedicure. She was left waiting at the front for a while even after everyone looked up and saw her and didn't acknowledge her. She finally had to ask if she was going to be helped or not. In the end, I wasn't happy with my nails. The shape turned out okay as I had asked for what I wanted and I liked the color. The gel polish spilled over onto my cuticles and wasn't cleaned up properly. I had some of it on the tips of my fingers as well. There's some puckering/bubbling on the tips of my nails as well, which is a bummer. I won't be back and I don't recommend this place. read more

Worst customer service ever! I went in today for an appointment & Trish (manager) told me she couldn't help me because my nails were crooked. She then asked the girl next to her to file my nails round & she refused to give me service. Horrible experience!! I then asked for the owner's contact information to make a complaint about how I was treated & Trish responded to me by saying find the number yourself! Unbelievable, and this is all because I asked if my nails can be filed round because I noticed she trimmed them and filed them unevenly. The manager Trish also said as I was leaving: your nails are too much work and take too much time! I literally asked for a gel french manicure nothing else! The absolute WORST manicure I have ever had. I came here for a dip manicure, and I left with 2 cuts, bubbles on my nails, polish all over my fingers (not only my nails), and extremely tender cuticles. I had to pull away 6-7 times throughout the manicure because it burned or she was using the drill on my cuticle and didn't know. The dip was so thick, my fingernails became sore later that day, and I had to go somewhere else to get it removed. My cuticles hurt to touch for a few days thereafter. I didn't get the name of the lady but my toes are missing gel polish and my nails look pointy and uneven Lasted 30 minutes It was just a clip file and polish paid 40$ plus a 5$ tip I don't think it would of been worth 20$ But she did the service so I paid and left noticed how bad it was once I got home I tried filing them myself but they are super short so there is no hope for my toe nails until they grow out . This is one of the least busiest places to do our nails (mother-in-law and I) with reasonable prices. They have done an Okay job the few times before. However, my nails just look sloppy. Despite the nasty reviews- I have a very different experience. Can we say a one to one consultation and appointment with a technician! When I walked in I was Pleasantly surprised at how clean the salon in nail Spot was. I was referred hear from my friend. I got a full set from Tracey and it was my first time in over four months since I've had my nails done due to Covid. Tracy was so gentle and took her time. I got a white and pink ombré and then purple on my toes. I had an event for Saturday for my best friends wedding and I absolutely love my nail shape. Tracy was so sweet and kind to her time and did not cut me!! She used minimal drilling, and gave me a beautiful new set. I felt so fresh for the wedding since I was in the wedding. also she did my pedicure which she did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this place for anybody to try it here! I believe Tina is the owner who also gave me her personal phone number to be able to book appointments by text! she was so kind and her prices are definitely affordable. Even if they have had a price increase which is this is still my first time so I don't know. But it's well worth it!!! These ladies have been displaced for a couple of months and have not been able to work as much as they would have liked to during Covid and paying 2 to 5 dollars extra to have clean sanitary foot scrubbers and nail filers it's all worth it especially for our health and safety. I'm a licensed aesthetician so I definitely understand why a slight price increase if needed. Don't forget to always tip your girls good!! They deserve it, as long as your happy with your service. and they only are doing appointments for clients safety, & have not been really doing any walk-ins. So it is giving them time to clean and sanitize everything properly and to be able to flip their working spaces which I definitely appreciate it doesn't take 2 to 5 minutes to take more like 10 to 15 minutes. Over $100 for crappy nails and mediocre service. My pedicure was lovely, attentive and friendly, great attention to detail. My manicure was a different story. She finished my dip nails with a gel top coat, which promptly started to peel off within a couple days of the manicure. I don't live nearby, so I wasn't going to comeback to have them fix it. The manicure I selected and added paraffin wax treatment was supposed to come with an extra 7 minute massage, but my manicurist went to the gas station to get coffee because she was "so tired." I have made various appointments and sat for 30-45 mins to be helped after my appointment time. Not good customer service at all and a waste of your money and time. There's too many nail salons in town to be waiting almost an hour for an appointment. I have also walked in and been told they can't finish my nail services (hands and toes) because they're too busy.
