Today I tried to schedule my appointment and the lady texted me saying to keep my appointment only 1 hour and then texted me again stating that Phillip was not comfortable doing my pedicure anymore and if I wanted to go with someone or they could cancel. My pedicure was done by Andrew & he was very patient as well with me... I have a bad knee & reconstructed ankle so sometimes I have to be readjusted often. I'm not sure of the ladies name that did my manicure, but she was nice. Just definitely didn't seem to be patient actually got irritated that one of my nails wouldn't dry as quickly as the others. This was out of my control maybe they need to upgrade the dryers they use? I'm not sure, but I don't think I would allow her to do my nails again unless she was the only option left. I have great looking nails, but I don't think I'll be back. It didn't feel good being man handled and rushed out. The vibe was definitely off.

Not so Great Nails…read more For the most part it was a good experience, nice and friendly. Van does a pretty good job with my nails and I come back because of her. There's another nail tech that is really slow, I've had her twice and this time I lost it! I was a walk-in, and advised I wanted a mani pedi, and within minutes I was at the spa chair. The pedicure took an hour an a half, there were 3 others that came in after me, and they were done before me. I didn't request any special treatment, just the normal pedi with gel. After that, she requested if I wanted to do my nails, I said yes, after she cleaned up the spa chair I went to sit at her station. She started to work on me, and then put the acetone in a bowl, and put my fingers in to take off the gel. She left to heat up her lunch and eat while I sat there waiting for her for 20 minutes! I looked at the other nail techs and they new she was slow, Tom had said not to worry, I will help you and got my nails done, I just wanted to add color, nothing else. Never again, but I'm looking for a new place to do my nails.
