The lady that did my nails (Rose) missed spots on my nails when doing the acrylic, made my design on my nails uneven.I literally had a breakdown because not only did she spilt the side of my natural nail but she went with a drill under my nail and made my nail bleed under it! I never carry cash around for safety reasons. Had to drive to Chase for cash and felt bad. *Also there is 4% fee for credit and debit cards. Even with no option to tip. That's pretty ridiculous. Not super happy about that. And, that's in addition to added fees just to remove my existing gel for a new gel manicure and pedicure. $15 added for that too and 4% just to pay them. That's normally in the costs for the service elsewhere. But, all these added fees aside, the quality of work is good. For now this is as good as it gets in Temecula. Can't be too picky. Just shocked to pay more than I was in an upscale high end LA nail bar before moving here. I plan to come back again soon when it's time. The technicians are all very nice and do a great job. I took my 5 year old daughter here for our first mommy daughter mani and pedi experience. We were really excited and walked in thinking it was really pretty. However they took forever to get started on my daughter, and we're not gentle with her to the point that she started crying and wouldn't let them do her fingers because they hurt her. She even was forced to stay in the chair for 20 minutes while she cried saying she needed to use the little girls room and they rudely said to her "okay okay calm down" to the point her bathroom break became an almost accident. Treated her very poorly and I was very disturbed by that. On mine, as can be seen in the photos, the quality is unacceptable. Pulled away from the cuticle after 1.5 days, chunks and blobs in the polish on every nail. Brush stroke marks everywhere. Not to mention they charged me 2x what was listed on their service menu, and even charged me for my daughter's manicure that she did not receive. By the time we were able to leave, I just wanted to take care of my daughter and not fight the charges but this place made an experience that was supposed to be fun and special for us into a SEVERALLY over priced, unpleasant experience that will likely result in my daughter not wanting to do that again. I would love to receive a refund but doubt that they'd do the right thing here. Definitely don't recommend this place, ever. read more

Then when I went to get them fixed they said they "don't have time and to come back later" I asked for long Stiletto gel x and they kept trying to give me almond or square. The application HURT. Which was disappointing because I really liked the salon and both girls who did my manicure and pedicure. They both were young. Easy to talk to and I felt it was somewhere I could go back to. I went in and let her know the issues I had and she fixed them above and beyond with a really positive and generous spirit. They used to be so good!! Now they nickel and dime you for everything! I have been going to the same person for many many years. They always double book so she is consistently working on two people at once or asking me to change my appointment, even when I've already arrived. That really takes away from the experience. I don't want to pay full price when she is constantly checking someone out at the register, getting up to answer the phone, or sidetracked by something else. They time the massage which is kind of funny bc she never completes the message. Id rather not pay for it since she isn't actually doing it. She cuts me a lot too bc she is so distracted with other things that the owner has her running around doing, even though she has someone in her chair. I stopped in here on Friday, 11/12. I made an appointment for 3:00 and was taken right away. I wished I would have gotten the names of the tech's that helped me because they were great. One of them had done my nails before and she always does a great job. One of them seemed to be learning so it took about 1 hr & 45 minutes but my nails look great. I had been here before and they must've had a change in management because I did not get what I paid for this time. Gel pedi- overall the manicurist did a good job but when I had asked to remove the ingrown, she said "I'm going to be honest with you, I don't know how to do that." Isn't that part of the pedicure process though? But whatever, what I'm thoroughly disappointed is in the gel overlay manicure I got.. Gel overlay manicure: this is something I've gotten many times before. I should've known it wasn't going to go well when the manicurist didn't know what I was talking about and someone else had to tell her. My paint chipped off from the corners within 2-3 days and pictures are of what my nails looked like after 5-6 days post manicure. Btw this is supposed to be harder than gel nail polish, it's the same stuff you use when you get a full tip. Not going here again and what a waste of my manicure money! read more

Most of the complaints are wait times but after 8 years of going here I have never had a wait issue. I was in town for a wedding, so I stopped last minute to get a gel manicure. Originally I asked if they had the foil strips for designs, I showed her a reference photo, she said yeah. Terrible customer service. I went in on my lunch break for a walk in and only had an hour before I needed to be back, so I requested a pedicure but if that wasn't possible just a polish change. Waited 15-20 minutes and by the time I got brought back I said ok let's just do a polish change because I can't be late back to work and she told me "we don't do that, you have to get a basic pedicure" after wasting all my time waiting there.
