Literally the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Had an appointment at 10:45am and it's now 12:30pm and no one has done my nails yet. I'm not even sure who's supposed to be doing them and they keep shuffling the blame around. No one will take responsibility and no one know what the f is going on here. Was a first timer at this salon so was a little skeptical when going because I am very picky when it comes to having my nails done. I was pleasantly surprised. The place is beautiful and clean, very welcoming. I did just a regular full set not my usual design patterns I like because it was my first time and didn't want to be disappointed, but my nails came out beautifully just did a simple pink/nude powder. Came here for the first time today. It's close to the soccer field so I thought I would give it a try. I wasn't disappointed! Immediately when I walked in the place was clean, cute, nice and had appeal. I was greeted right away and asked what I wanted. I got a gel pedicure which was amazing, the technician really took her time, and my nails done at the same time. I tend to be picky about my nails and have only been doing dip powder. When Anna started doing my nails she said that she would do a hard gel overlay on my real nails prior to doing the dip powder. She said it would not be chunky and my nails would be stronger. Boy was she right, I am really happy with the results and satisfied with my nails. Anna took her time and I'm glad I trusted her. Will be coming back again. read more

I really thought I would give this place a try especially with the reviews. It does seem like that have good women working there. But for me Anna (station 4) just didn't seem to care. She was sloppy & rushes the whole service. She seemed upset because I didn't want to pay $45 to get gel nail polish along with a full set of acrylic nails. Made no effort to speak to me which is fine. Look at the pictures how could you possibly let a client walk out with her nails like that... definitely feel like a fool tipping her when it seems like she already did from the price she "charged". The inside of this establishment is beautiful. But maybe this establishment should weed out the bad nail technicians. I just hate being taken advantage of. read more

STAY AWAY!! If i could give this place 0 stars I would. My daughter came a few weeks ago to get her nails done for homecoming. She grew them out long enough so she didn't have to get acrylics because of the sport she plays. We walked in and I have to admit, it's very clean and a nice place, but terrible customer service. We had an appointment so when we came in they had her pick out a color and sit down. She picked out an ombré glitter and they said it was no problem. She sat down and the lady said not one word to her before chopping her nails off completely. She continued to put a hard gel on so unevenly and clumpy it was horrible. The lady then just dipped my daughters nail into a container of glitter, blew it off and called it a day. She payed $40 for this. Unbelievable! So the next day we came back asking for them to either take it off and give us a refund or redo them for no more money than we've already spent. So the what seemed to be manager, sat her down, talked bad about us in another language, took the gel off, cut TWO fingers to the point where they were gushing blood, applied the acrylics crooked, uneven, and different shapes, and applied hard gel in the same uneven, clumpy way, and put them on so high up it looked like my daughter had been wearing them for a month. Please! I know this place is a convenient location but spend your money at some place that knows what they are doing! read more

Instead I am waiting for him while he is starting another pedicure. Then he comes back to finish my clear coat and doesnt change his gloves or wash his hands after touching another customers feet!!!! This is one of the worst nail places I've ever been too. The technician I don't even know her name she did'nt provide it and did not do good work on either my fill and pedicure. Half the time she is chatting with a fellow co worker and not paying attention to my service. Watching tv and totally did not do a good job. My nails are so sharp I had to file them down. This is close to my home so I really want to have my manicures here but the quality and service is terrible. First I made an appointment then had to wait 30 min past my appointment time to start. I went for a gel manicure. The top coat is totally streaked from an old brush/polish and when I pointed it out she claimed I must have touched the UV light. Very rude and no accountability for a bad manicure. She fought me on fixing it and in the end I had to leave because I was out of time. I will not be back. read more

Overall they do a great job but the inconsistent prices every time I go in is unacceptable. For a mani and pedi it ranges from 50 to 60 dollars and I always get the same thing. Came in a few days ago for 2 mani's with a acrylic removal and it was 85 dollars If they could be more consistent with their prices they would be amazing! read more

I had an emergency and I regular shop was booked. I went here and had my nails done by Tricia and it was the worst fill that I have ever had. My family and I just visited this nail shop. We spent a lot of money- $260 (not including tips) on 2 full sets, 2 spa pedicures and a manicure. Everyone was happy with the outcome of their nails. After we paid we were waiting for one of our kids nails to be finished, I saw a ring of sample nails on the cart of one of the workers (this worker had already done my other stepdaughter's full sets)- one of the nails that I saw on the ring had a really unique design and I wanted to show my 10 year old daughter because I knew she would love it. This worker was already busy talking to another client that she had just started working on, so I didn't want to rudely interrupt their conversation by asking if I could borrow the ring of nails and show my daughter. So I quickly borrowed the ring of nails and was in the middle of walking over to show my 10 year old how cool the design was. This worker LOUDLY called me out in front of the ENTIRE nail salon and purposely tried to make me look stupid and feel like shit for borrowing the ring of nails (THE RING OF SAMPLE NAILS WASN'T BEING USED AT THE TIME). I explained what I was doing and she was so disrespectful and rude about it for no good reason, other than just purposely trying to be rude to me and make me look bad. After insulting me, she went back to her conversation with the new girl she was doing nails for and she kept on saying rude stuff about me and rolling her eyes. Right in front of me. I don't know what she was thinking or what her problem was? I don't know if she thought I was trying to steal something? If she was having a bad day or what? But it was completely uncalled for and could've been handled differently. I was just trying to show my daughter something really cool that that worker had designed. Her nail art that I liked. I've borrowed rings of sample nails countless times at many different nail salons and I've never had anyone that works there rudely call me out like that in front of an entire nail salon full of customers, just to purposely try to make me feel bad. We liked the work that these women did for everyone's nails but because of how rude this person was we will not be returning to this salon to get our nails done. I don't know this person's name, but she was younger than all the other workers, Asian, she had bleached blonde hair up in a messy bun, she also has tattoos, and she spoke fluent English without an accent. If you want to be treated with respect and kindness, I highly recommend going to a different nail salon. read more

My gel manicure with French tips was done by Mimi and it was beautiful! Perfectly shaped and it's lasted 3 weeks without a chip. The ladies in here are all very nice, the atmosphere is clean and peaceful, just such a great place. My regular polish pedicure also is at three weeks and just now shows chips (OPI polish). My gel mani and pedicure came out PERFECT! I had Mimi for my nails and Eva for my toes. I spent two hours there unfortunately because I was a walk-in amongst many appointments. It was also the day of homecoming so that probably contributed to the long wait. The atmosphere is clean and pretty. The workers were all extremely kind. I didn't even know that was something that could happen... I tried to politely ask as she was finishing up if she could please even them out or thin them out and she just kept saying that after nail polish it would be good...it was not!. One of my nails popped off and I needed to get a fill in general on the others. I've been traveling and desperately needed my nails done. I tried calling several places after I got off work and none would take me so close to closing time (it was nearly 6:00p, closing time is 7:00p). I called my regular nail place where I've been a loyal customer for a decade and they didn't make an exception. I finally call Haute&Savvy Nails and despite being past 6:00 now they said they'd see me! I was warmly welcomed and promptly serviced my Mimi. We had great conversation and she took her time despite being after closing. I was treated as a top tier customer despite near and after closing time. My nails are perfectly done, all the exact same length and symmetrical shaped! I'll definitely be going back. Came here as a walk in, although they were busy they still managed to make me feel comfortable while I waited. I came in for a Mani, Pedi, Eye brow wax & have my Lashes done. All three techs took they're time with me and did not rush because they had other clients coming in. Absolutely love the service that they provide not to mention that the shop is very clean and organized. I will definitely be coming to this location whenever I am in town. read more

Sad that I had to change my once 5 star review to a 1 Star.. I would leave 0 if I could. This place used to be great when it first opened (which is sad because it hasn't even been opened that long) but has already gone way down hill. I went in for a basic pedicure.. no issues was told to pick my color and got seated right away. The nail technician came over and started.. she didn't talk much which I didn't mind but would check in every so often to make sure everything was ok which was nice. I found it rather odd when she decided to answer her personal phone call and begin having a full conversation though? She handed me their price list and I just asked for the basic pedicure (priced at $22) however I was getting gel so figured it would be a little more but was never told how much it would actually be. When she was finishing up the polish I figured hey.. I'm already here why not just get a matching manicure.. just the basic nothing fancy so I asked if she had time to possibly do a manicure as well.. she immediately turned to another technician and began speaking in their language but you could tell she was obviously annoyed and just turned back to me and said "ok it's fine" to which I mentioned "if you guys are busy or don't have time it's okay I can come back another day" to which she replied "it's ok" still extremely annoyed. Rather than continue to deal with her attitude I just said "never mind it's okay I can come another time" and she just said "ok". Then she begins doing the massage which was EXTREMELY rough and painful plus the oil and lotion used were extremely cold.. pretty sure the price list mentioned hot oil and lotion massage??? Whatever.. finally when it was over I go to the front to pay to which she said $40 was my total.. and I was like uhm.. $40?? Doesn't the list say $22? And she said yes but gel is $18!! Wow ok.. I don't mind paying the price when I get good service but whatever.. so then I go to hand her my card and she said oh.. you don't have cash? So I asked why?? You don't take card?? (I've been here several times so this has never been an issue) so she points to their cheap little atm and says you can use the atm! And obviously she can tell that I don't want to use it so she says "fine.. I can do card" at the end of it I just ended up handing her the cash (which I would've rather kept on hand and used my card) plus tip but DEFINITELY REGRET leaving her anything. Definitely did not deserve it. Then her attitude switches and she smiles and says "see you next time!" YEAH RIGHT.. will never be back here again! Time to find a new salon!! read more

It was my first time today. I asked for nails and pedicure at the same time. They said no problem well they didn't do it at the same time I got there at 3 and didn't leave until 5 and it was only a fill. I called and asked the price of a fill they said 35 for gel after I went to pay they said 50 for my fill because the color I got and the shape but they don't tell you that when there doing it. Very very disappointed w my acrylics nails: both my hands have different nail lengths to the point where you can notice from far away, I asked for coffin and my thumb nails look like stiletto (a little big thicker), the price was expensive for these basic nails 50$ for a matte blue.
