I was initially worried that the mall noise may bother me because the massage is in the mall rather than a private room, but the mall chatter ended up becoming like white noise in the background. The massage is done with all clothes on, so I wore loose clothes. The provided a small bin to stack all personal belongings (shoes, anything in pockets, jackets). I would highly recommend giving this place a shot.

The massage therapist, Janine, who is also the owner was very curt to me when letting me in. She just walked away and I followed her to a desk area where she handed me a form to fill out. Nothing friendly about her. Once she directed me to a room to undress, which took me only a minute, I was lying on the bed for almost 8 mins before she came in. I had paid for an hour long massage with reflexology but looking at the clock, by the time she was done, it had only been about 48 mins. The room is not the most comfortable as I've enjoyed more dimly lit places where you can enjoy the relaxing massage - this room was full of sunlight. No calming music played and the loud humming of the AC was distracting. While massaging my neck, I kept feeling Janine's jagged nails digging into my skin making it quite uncomfortable. I've had way better massages while this was barely mediocre to me. Not a great place or massage therapist from what I experienced and I don't ever plan on coming here again.

Not only is she the quickest waxer in the business, but she's guaranteed to strip you clean; no residual hairs left. The facial products and extraction process Kelly uses is phenomenal. In addition, the peppermint foot treatment during your facial is a must. Kelly is a small based business, not a pretentious spa that passes the overhead cost to the customer. Don't expect 10 foot fountains and a receptionist, do expect a clean, one-on-one environment and great customer care.

I am not sure if the therapist was new but the massage felt choppy and there wasn't really a flow to certain movements. While doing my feet I am not sure if she used a tool or her nails but someone felt sharp along my toes. After I left, my one toe keeps getting a sporadic "shock" feeling to it. I am not sure if it has a cut or it is something else as a result of the massage. When you walk in to the office it is completely overwhelming with stuff everywhere. There were a million signs on the wall, sticky notes showing stuff for sale, clipboards hanging off the wall with forms on them, etc. Half of the signs indicated stuff that was already acknowledged in the waiver. Even the stairway to the office has numerous signs. The table in their common area where I used the bathroom was piled with items. Typically spas have a serene and non-cluttered environment but this was not it. I am not inclined to return.

I purchased the 60 minutes wellness massage w aromatherapy, hot stones and body brush. This place is pretty easy to find, just be mindful that the business is on the front side of the building. Otherwise if you do parking in the back, you have the option to walk up the steps once indoors. As soon as I entered I was greeted by Toba. He was very pleasant and handed me forms to complete as well as took my temperature. I was led to a relaxation room to begin my experience. Toba began verbal consultation. Next, the massage experience. It was my 1st time w the body brush so I was low key excited. The aromatherapy, hot stones and body brush were excellent additions added to massage experience.
